المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة توافر معايير جودة الأداء المدرسي المتميز من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة جرش وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات، وهل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05= α) تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، بتطبيق استبيان مكون من أربعة مجالات موزعة على (44) فقرة بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة من (71) مديرا و(89) مديرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن جميع مجالات الدراسة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، باستثناء مجال العلاقات الاجتماعية داخل المدرسة وخارجها الذي جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وأشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05= α) تعزى لأثر الجنس والخبرة في جميع المجالات، وتوصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05= α) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات، فيما عدا مجال الإدارة المدرسية، وأشارت إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05= α) تعزى لأثر منطقة الدراسة، وجاءت الفروق لصالح مدني. وأوصت الدراسة بالتوسع في إدخال إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتطبيقها في المدارس الحكومية، من أجل تحسين العملية التعليمية والإدارية لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.

This study aimed at identifying the degree of availability the quality standards for the distinguished school performance from the point of view of the principals of governmental schools in Jarash governorate and its relation to some variables and whether there are statistically significant differences at a (α = 0.05) due to the study variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive survey methodology, and applied a questionnaire consisting of four domains distributed on (44) items after the validity and reliability of the instrument were established. The study sample consisted of (71) of male principals, and (89) female principals. The results of the study showed that all domains got the highest degree, except the domain inside and outside social relations in the school which was in a medium degree, results also showed that there were not significant differences at a (α=0.05) due to the variables gender, experience in the all domains, and these results indicates that there were not significant differences at a (α=0.05) due to the variable academic level in the all domains, except in the domain the school management. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at a (α = 0.05) due to the variable of school area, and the differences were in favor of a urban areas. The study recommended expanding the introduction total quality management and applying it in the governmental schools in order to improve the educational and administrative process to achieve the expected objectives.
