المستخلص: وتعد قضية ذوي الإعاقة والاحتياجات الخاصة التي لم يغفل عنها الدين الإسلامي وكل الديانات، قضية إنسانية وتربوية بالدرجة الأولى، وتأسيسا على ذلك يتحتم على التكنولوجيا والحكومات والمنظمات ووسائل الإعلام، إيلاء أهمية خاصة لهذه الفئات المجتمعية انطلاقا من جوانب إنسانية واجتماعية، فضلا عن الدور الكبير الذي يقوم به هؤلاء في عملية البناء الاقتصادي والمساهمة في تنمية وبناء بلدانهم. لقد هدر كثير من العلماء أبحاثهم وبعثروا جهودهم حينما سخروا عصارة أفكارهم ونتاجاتهم لأبحاث الدمار والحروب بابتكارهم لأسلحة القتل وتخريب المجتمعات وتدمير البشرية، في سبيل تحقيق أهداف دنيوية، جاءت كنتاج لخلافات ونزاعات سياسية واستعمارية دولية، في حين كان يتحتم عليهم تخصيص جل إبداعاتهم من أجل السلام العالمي والاهتمام بالصحة العامة وزرع الابتسامة على شفاه المرضى لاسيما ذوي الإعاقات والاحتياجات الخاصة.

Mankind is happy and living in peace a free, dignified and secure life when the technology achieved as a result of the human effort in the world, based on familiarity, love and a shared sense of one's destiny, is used especially for the sick, the disabled and those with special needs. The issue of people with disabilities and special needs that the Islamic religion and all religions have not overlooked is a humanitarian and educational issue in the first place, and based on this it is imperative that technology, governments, organizations and the media give special importance to these societal groups from the humanitarian and social aspects, as well as the great role that They do in the process of economic construction and contribute to the development and construction of their countries.
