|a تتنوع طرق التدريس الحديث تبعا لتغير النظرة إلى طبيعة عملية التعليم، فبعد أن كانت تعتمد على اللفظ والسمع اتسعت لتشمل المستونات الإدراكية المعرفية مما يتطلب إيجابية، المعلم في التعلم بهدف إظهار قدرات الطلبة الكامنة والارتقاء بها. وتتم هذه العلاقة بين المعلم والمتعلم من خلال الاتصال التربوي بالاستعانة بأساليبه وخصائصه لتسهيل العملية التعليمية لدى الطرفين، وهذا ما تهدف إليه دراستنا وهو التعرف على الاتصال التربوي وعناصره وخصائصه، ثم التطرق إلى أهم الأدوار التعليمية للمعلم والمتعلم وطبيعة العلاقة بينهما، ثم نتعرف على دور المؤسسة التربوية في تفعيل الاتصال التربوي، وأخيرا كيفية تأثير هذا الاتصال على التحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلبة.
