المستخلص: تناولنا في هذه الدراسة موضوع الكفاءة الذاتية وعلاقتها بالكفاءة التدريسية لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ولمرحلة التعليم المتوسط، كون توقعات الكفاءة الذاتية مثل عاملا مهما في شخصية الأستاذ وتتصل بعدة عوامل أخرى، وهذا ما لمسناه جليا في علاقة هذه الكفاءة الذاتية بالكفاءة التدريسية بأبعادها الأربعة: تخطيط، تواصل، تقويم، طرق وأساليب التدريس. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 52 أستاذ من المجموع الكلي لأساتذة 238 بنسبة 21.84%، وفي 30 متوسطة موزعة في 14 بلدية. وقد توصلنا في دراستنا هذه إلى أن هناك علاقة بين الكفاءة الذاتية والكفاءة التدريسية، وأن هناك ارتباط بين متغير الكفاءة الذاتية وأبعاد متغير الكفاءة التدريسية. وتم التوصل إلى أنه ليس هناك فروق بين الأساتذة سواء في الكفاءة الذاتية أو التدريسية تبعا لمتغيري السن والخبرة في التدريس وتوصلنا أيضا إلى أن للكفاءة الذاتية علاقة إيجابية بالكفاءة التدريسية بمعامل ارتباط قدره ** 0.44 عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01. وعليه تبقى كفاءات الأستاذ أهم شيء في العملية التعليمية ومرتبطة بشكل مباشر بالمردود الوظيفي لديه.

In this study, we discussed the topic of self-efficacy and how it relates to the efficacy of teaching physical education teachers and sports for the middle cycle. The expectations of self-efficacy mentioned by Bandura around the world are an important factor in the teacher's personality and relate to several other factors with its four dimensions (planning, communication, evaluation, teaching methods). Our survey is drawn on a sample of teachers of physical education, composed of 52 professors on the total number of 238 professors, i.e. 21, 84% in the wilaya of Chlef at the level of 30 medium schools. We found in this study that there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and teaching competence, as well as the existence of correlation coefficients between the self-efficacy variable, which is the one of the most important dimensions of personality and the dimension of the variable of efficacy of teaching. It concludes that there is no difference between teachers in terms of personal efficacy of teaching. The differences between these two variables may be subject to other variables, but in general, we found that personal efficacy has a positive relationship with teaching efficacy with a correlation coefficient of (0.44) at the level of significance of 0.01.Therefore, the teacher's skills remain the most important thing in the educational process and directly related to his career.

Dans cette étude, nous avons traité de la relation entre les compétences didactiques et les capacités éducatives personnelles du professeur de l'éducation physique et du sportive qui se manifestent dans quatre dimensions; à savoir, la planification, la communication, l’évaluation, et les méthodes d’enseignement. Pour étudier cette relation, nous nous sommes appuyés sur un échantillon de 52 professeurs d’éducation physique de l’enseignement moyen sur un total de 238 professeurs de 30 établissements d’enseignement moyen relevant de la wilaya de Chlef. Nous avons constaté dans cette étude qu'il existe une relation positive entre l'auto- efficacité et l'efficacité de l'enseignement, ainsi que l'existence de coefficients de corrélation entre la variable d'auto-efficacité, qui est l'une des dimensions les plus importantes de la personnalité et la dimension de la variable d'efficacité de l'enseignement. Nous avons également conclu qu'il n'y avait pas de différence entre les enseignants en termes d'efficacité personnelle ou d'enseignement. Les différences entre ces deux variables peuvent être sujettes à d'autres variables, mais en général, nous avons constaté que l'efficacité personnelle présente une relation positive avec l'efficacité de l'enseignement avec un coefficient de corrélation de**0,44au niveau de signification de 0,01.C’est ainsi que les compétences du professeur est apparait comme une donne importante dans le processus éducatif et directement liées à sa carrière.
