أصبحت كرة القدم في الوقت الحاضر نشاطا تنافسيا تتحدد فعاليته بالاستفادة من المناهج التقنية للتدريب والتحضير التقني والتاكتيتي وفي الإعداد النفسي والاجتماعي للاعبين لتطبيق خطط اللعب مما يفسر وجود الأخصائي النفساني في طواقم الفرق العالمية الكبرى. تهدف المساهمة في إبراز أهمية الاستثمار في الجانبين التقني والنفسي–الاجتماعي في الممارسة التنافسية لكرة القدم وهذا من خلال تناول أهم المقاربات التقنية والنفسية–الاجتماعية الحالية لان التحكم في استعمالها يتطلب استيعاب محتواها. Nowadays, in Algeria and elsewhere, football is a complex activity comprising technical and tactical aspects, as well as problems of managing relationships of psychosocial interaction between players and between them and the technical and administrative staff of the team and also with the audience, in addition to psychological preparation and motivation questions. The use of psychologists tends to become widespread in the football community. Through a critical reading of modern technical approaches to the preparation of game systems, training and match making, as well as psychological and psychosocial approaches to the practice of football, this article aims to be a contribution to the reflection which start to emerge in Algeria concerning the need to assimilate this overlapping of the two types of approach. De nos jours, en Algérie et ailleurs, le football est une activité complexe comportant des aspects techniques et tactiques, ainsi que des problématiques de gestion des rapports d’interaction psychosociale entre joueurs et entre ces derniers et le staff technique et administratif de l’équipe et aussi avec le public, en plus des questions préparation et de motivation psychologiques. Le recours à des psychologues tend à se généraliser dans le milieu du football. A travers une lecture critique des approches techniques modernes de préparation des systèmes de jeu, des entrainements et de réalisation des matchs mais aussi des approches psychologiques et psychosociales de la pratique du football, le present article se veut une contribution à la réflexion qui commence à émerger en Algérie, sur la nécessité de l’assimilation de cette imbrication des deux types d’approches. |
