المستخلص: تأتي ورقة بحثنا هذا لتسليط الضوء على واقع تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري والحاجة إلى عصرنة قطاعه ليواكب التغيرات الراهنة من خلال الصيرفة الإلكترونية، وسائل الدفع، الأنظمة الإلكترونية في النشاط البنكي، فتجاوب هاته الأخيرة يبقى بطيئاً ومتأخراً إذا ما قارناه بالدول العربية، لذا نرى من الضروري أن تسرع الجزائر إلى اعتماد تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال في قطاعها البنكي الحساس من خلال تفعيل الصيرفة الإلكترونية، وعلى هذا الأساس كانت دراستنا الميدانية على مستوى وكالة Cnep Banque لسيدي بلعباس للوقوف على مدى تطبيق هاته الأخيرة للتقنيات الجديدة لتكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، ومعرفة أهم التحديات التي تواجه وكالة CNEP banque حول تطبيق مشروع الصيرفة الإلكترونية.

Our research paper comes to highlight the reality of information and communication technology in the Algerian banking system and the need to modernize its sector to keep pace with the current changes through electronic banking, payment methods, electronic systems in banking activity, so the response of this last remains slow and late if we compare it with the Arab countries, so we see It is necessary for Algeria to accelerate the adoption of information and communication technology in its sensitive banking sector by activating electronic banking, and on this basis our field study was at the level of Cnep Banque Agency for Sidi Bel Abbes to determine the extent of the application of this latest technology. New yat for information and communication technology, and know the most important challenges facing CNEP banque about implementing the e-banking project.

Notre document de recherche vient mettre en évidence la réalité des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans le système bancaire algérien et la nécessité de moderniser son secteur pour suivre les évolutions en cours par le biais de la banque électronique, des méthodes de paiement, des systèmes électroniques dans l'activité bancaire, donc la réponse de ce dernier reste lente et tardive si on la compare avec les pays arabes, donc on voit Il est nécessaire pour l'Algérie d'accélérer l'adoption des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans son secteur bancaire sensible en activant la banque électronique, et sur cette base notre étude de terrain a été au niveau de l'Agence Cnep Banque pour Sidi Bel Abbes pour déterminer l'étendue de l'application de cette dernière technologie. Une nouvelle donne pour les technologies de l'information et de la communication, et connaître les défis les plus importants auxquels la banque CNEP est confrontée dans la mise en oeuvre du projet e-banking.
