520 |a يمتد الشريط الزراعي بواحة تودغة على ضفتي واد تودغة (المجرى الأكبر)، تتمركز على جنباته، وداخله أحيانا، دواوير أو تجمعات سكنية، ويتوفر كل دوار على مجال زراعي خاص به. وكل أو غالبية، الأسر تملك استغلالية داخل هذا المجال، بعبارة أخرى أن سكان الدوار/القصر/تقبيلت يجمعهم مجال ومصالح وأهداف مشتركة. كباقي مختلف الواحات المغربية، يتميز هذا المجال الزراعي بضيقة، مما أفرز مشارات صغيرة الحجم "مجهرية". وعلاوة على صغرها، فهذه المشارات المكونة لاستغلالية كل أسرة/فلاج تتسم بالتشتت. هذان العاملان (تشتت وصغر حجم المشارات) يعيقان الأنشطة الزراعية بهاته الواحة، مما يؤدي إلى إنتاج ضعيف من جهة، وعدم تلبية حاجيات السكان من جهة أخرى. وهذا ما دفع بالعديد من سكان هذه الواحة إلى امتهان أنشطة غير فلاحية، والبحث عن مصادر عيش جديدة داخل وخارج الواحة. لضمان استمرارية الأنشطة الزراعة خاصة والواحة عامة، لا بد من اتخاذ إجراءات ضرورية-من قبيل الضم والتبادل-لإيجاد حل لمشكل تجزئة المشارات وتشتتها اللذان يعيقان الاستثمار الأمثل للمجال الزراعي. 
520 |b The agrarian space in the Valley of Todgha spreads over the two banks of Todrha River, different douars arc situated at the edge, and sometimes, within this space. Each douar has its own agrarian land. The farmlands are characterized by their narrowness, and many of them arc on the one hand small, and most of the plots composing the farms are scattered on the other hand. Agrarian farms are often consisted of plots of small size and arc dispersed. Unfortunately, fragmentation is increasingly growing, and the future of agriculture in the Valley of Todrha is endangered, if no procedure aiming at implementing repotting or plot exchanges is taken. All these factors lead to enormous constraints facing the quality of a good farm in this oasis. Therefore, the agricultural activity can no longer meet the needs of the population. Thus, many people resort to new economic resources, such as non-agricultural activities, emigration. In order to save this valley, it is necessarily urgent to take real procedures to put end to this fragmentation and dispersion of farms, such as lot exchanges between farmers as well as replotting. 
520 |d L’espace agraire dans la vallée du Todrha s’étale sur les deux rives de l’oued Todrha, les différents douars se sont implantés à la lisière, parfois, au sein de cet espace. Chaque douar dispose de son terroir agraire. les terres agraires se caractérise par son exigüité, ainsi de nombreuses exploitations sont de petite taille d’une part, et la plupart des parcelles qui compose I exploitation sont dispersées d’autre part. I.es exploitations agraires se composent souvent des parcelles de petites taille et dispersé. Malheureusement, le morcellement ne cesse pas de croître, ainsi le devenir de l’agriculture dans la vallée du Todrha est menacé de disparition, si jamais, aucune, intervention ne sera mise en place visant le remembrement ou les échanges de parcelles. Toutes ces caractéristiques entraînent des contraintes énormes d’une bonne exploitation agricole dans cette oasis. Par conséquent, l’activité agricole n’arrive plus à subvenir aux besoins de la population. Ainsi, de nombreux actif de nouvelles ressources économiques, telles les activités non agricoles, l’émigration. Afin de sauver cette vallée, il est urgent de prendre des mesures opérationnelles pour limiter le morcellement et la dispersion des parcelles, telles les échanges de parcelles entre agriculteurs, le remembrement des parcelles.
