|a تحتاج العلوم الفكرية والتجريبية منها إلى البحث عن مصطلحات وظيفية في الاستعمال والتحليل والتنظير و التطبيق بحيث تفيد هذه المصطلحات العلمية في وضع استراتيجية محددة الجوانب في البحث واضحة المعالم المفهومية والدلالية دقيقة التعريف والوسم مخصصة لحقولها المعرفية الدقيقة في شتى مجالاتها لذا قد سعت الدراسات والأبحاث في المصطلح اللساني وماهيته، ووضعه وإشكالية توحيده، وكثر التأليف في المعاجم المصطلحية المتخصصة غير أن الحاجة الماسة للتواصل بين اللغة والحاسوب والتفاعل بين العلوم ومصطلحاته بشكل دقيق، وسريع يتماشى ومصطلحيات العصر التكنولوجي المعلوماتي الحديث، استدعى إعادة النظر في أنظمة الحوسبة للمصطلح العربي عامة والمصطلح اللساني بصفة خاصة. فاستدع البحث عن معمارية استراتيجية لإدخال المعجم المصطلحي على الشبكة المعلوماتية.

|b Intellectual and experimental sciences need to look for functional terms in that they do not use, analyze, clean, and apply, so that these scientific terms are useful in developing a specific-area strategy in research that is and well-defined, and specific to their precise knowledge fields in their various aspects. So studies and researches in the linguistic term to show its importance, its development and its problem of unification, and the provenance of specialized meta-dictionaries have sought, but the urgent need for communication between language and computer and the interaction between science and its terms accurately, and quickly conforms to the requirements of the modern information technology era. The reconsideration of computing systems for the Arabic term in general and the Arabic term in particular was called for. The search for architecture called for a strategy for the introduction of the term dictionary on the Informatics Network.
