المستخلص: هدف البحث التوصل لمقصد الحاكم والخليلي بالشذوذ لكثرة اختلاف الناس فيه، مع أهميته. ثم يستعرض البحث ما صدر من النقاد من الحكم على المرويات، أو تعريفهم للشاذ، ثم موقف الحاكم والخليلي من الشاذ على وجه الاستقراء حسب ما تيسر الاطلاع عليه، ثم عرض فهوم الناس لكلامهما، ثم نقده وتحليله ومناقشته، وظهر من خلال البحث ومعطياته أن الحاكم والخليلي كغيرهما من النقاد فيما تعلق بالحكم بالشذوذ، وأن الشاذ مردود كله، ليس فيه شيء مقبول عند الحاكم والخليلي ولا غيرهما من النقاد في عصر الرواية.

The aim of the research is to reach the destination of Al-Hakim and Al-Khalili with an anomaly due to the large number of people disagreeing about it, while its importance. Then the research reviews the criticisms issued by the critics on the narratives, or their definition of the abnormal, then the position of the ruler and the Khalili from the abnormal in the face of extrapolation according to what was available to see it, then presented people's understanding of their words، then criticized, analyzed and discussed, and it appeared through the research and its data that the ruler and the Khalili Like other critics, with regard to the ruling on homosexuality, and that the anomaly is reprehensible، there is nothing acceptable to the ruler، the Khalili, nor other critics in the era of the novel.
