Cet article porte un regard sur l'essaie de mettre en évidence l'application des performances pour une bonne qualité d'enseignement supérieure dans les universités algériennes, en ce sens, la formation des enseignants qualifier doit donnée une qualité primordiale a l'enseignement supérieure pour une évaluation et développement objective des niveaux d'enseignement qui nous donne finalement une production active des ressources humaines qualifiés.
