المستخلص: هذا البحث يتناول مفهوم دلالة الاقتران، واختلاف العلماء في الاحتجاج بها في الأحكام الشرعية وحجج كل فريق منهم، وهذه الدلالة تندرج ضمن القواعد الأصولية اللغوية المنطقية ولقد بحثها بعض الأصوليين بشكل موجز ومختصر. فأحببت أن أجمع هذا الشتات، لعل ذلك يساعد الباحثين ويعطيهم بعض التصورات الجديدة حول هذا الموضوع.

Cette recherche traite la notion insinuation de preuve de coordination (Dilalte el iktirane) et la différenciation entre les savants qui l'emploi pour argumenter et se débattre lors de la rédaction des verdicts législatifs (Légitimes) ainsi les arguments de chaque partie parmi eux. En effet cette insinuation se catégorifie parmi les lois et les bases des fondements de la jurisprudence, linguistiques et logiques, chose prouvée et recherchée par quelques savants théologiens jurists d’une manière abrégée. Chose qui m'a poussée à ressembler ces émiettements afin de venir en aide à d'autres chercheurs en leur inspirant un certains concepts nouveaux en ce qui concerne ce sujet.

This research deals with the concept of the significance of association, and the difference of scholars in invoking it in the legal rulings and the arguments of each group of them. This connotation falls within the logical and linguistic fundamentalist rules, and some fundamentalists have discussed it briefly. I liked to collect this flow.
