520 | |b National Liberation Movements considered as one of the most essential factor in international Society and the most important subject of international Public Law, especially its role on the stage of international Relationships, either by its contribution in achieving freedom independence and removing occupying, or through variables that happened in the international society. National Liberation Movements is a social movement , highly regulated , anti-colonial in all its form , it comes as a reaction against the brutal occupier ,aimed at achieving the independence of their states and their peoples’ freedom . The National Liberation Movements defend people‘s rights to realize their political destiny away from the colonial domination using all the available tools of fighting (military, political) to build an independent state. The emergence of the National Liberation Movement stretches back before the Second World War , but in fact , the real emergence was within the war in which the actions of the movements were dynamic and continuous , benefiting from many external and internal factors especially the support of much of the forces and states rather than the international legal support ( serve as basis.) Charter Of the United Nation States clearly in Articles 2 and 55 the obligation of people’s rights to realize their political destiny. The General Assembly of the United Nations states similar resolutions and International conventions. The International legal supports of The Liberation Movements and other viable justification had an essential contributions in giving an important legal position, that legal position led The Liberation Movement to assume frilly its rightful place in the stage of the International Relation and reaching the purpose of Nations’ liberation by many movements. Although, The Liberation movements had lot of advantages within the Bipolarity , this is no longer the case because of the Modern International Changes such as (the disappearance of the bipolarity , globalization..), that case give chance to some western states primarily The United State to describe The Liberation Movements by The Movement of Terrorist Groups and putting pressure on liberation movements and fighting against them. The proposal problem is about the position of this Liberation Movements in The Public International Law especially within the current changes In this article, the focus is on: I - Conceptual framework 1-The definition of The Public International law. 2-The definition of The Liberation Movements. II - The Legal Position of The Liberation Movements 1-Legal Personality of The Liberation movements. 2-The role of The Liberation Movements in The International Relations and The difficulties that face it in the current changes . Research findings : The liberation Movements take an essential position under The Public International Law in short period of time in which it occupied an importantlegal position because of its legal personality . The difficulties that The Liberation Movements face increased because of the modern international changes . Launching of a winter campaign against Liberation Movements and being confused between The National Liberation Movements and The Movement of Terrorist Groups. | ||
