|b The question of the viability of the Algerian pensioners’ system counts more and more place in the debates aiming at reforming this system, especially since Algeria entered full foot in a phase of demographic aging. This phenomenon, which is of a global dimension, is beginning to be felt in Algeria. Adding to this the current economic situation marked by the increase in the unemployment rate, the enlargement of the informal economy of high unemployment levels, a large informal economy and high level of generosity. Nowadays, the Algerian pension’s system will soon be confronted with serious financial problems where a major reform of the pension system will be necessary to avoid a serious financial crisis. The present research aims to highlight the parameters explaining the balance of this system Algerian retirement system balance.

|d La question de viabilité financière du régime algérien des retraités compte prend de plus en plus place dans les débats visant à reformer ce système notamment depuis l’Algérie est entrée de plein pied dans une phase de vieillissement démographique. Ce phénomène, qui est d’une dimension mondiale, commence à se faire ressenti en Algérie. Ajoutant à cela la situation économique actuelle marquée par l’augmentation du taux de chomage, L’élargissement de l’économie informelle des niveaux de chômage élevés, d’une économie informelle de taille importante ET d’un niveau levé de générosité. De nos jours, Le système de retraite algérien sera bientôt confronter à des sérieux problèmes financières d’ou une importante réforme du système de retraite sera nécessaire pour éviter une grave crise financière. La présente recherche vise à mettre en exergue les paramètres expliquant l’équilibre de système de retraire algérien.
