المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلي بناء مقياس القيادة الملهمة لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي علي عينة مكون من (250) معلم ومعلمة بمحافظتي القاهرة والجيزة بجمهورية مصر العربية، وقد اتبع الباحث في حساب الصدق كل من "صدق المحكمين وصدق الاتساق الداخلي، كما تم حساب الثبات عن طريق إيجاد معامل ألفا كرونباخ وقد خلص الباحث إلي بناء مقياس القيادة الملهمة لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية (103) عبارة موزعين علي سبعة أبعاد هي: العامل الأول: الثقة والاعتمادية–وقد بلغ عدد عبارات هذا العامل (14) عبارة -العامل الثاني: القدرة علي التمكين، وقد بلغ عدد عبارات هذا العامل (16) عبارة -العامل الثالث: الاتصال الجيد – وقد بلغ عدد عبارات هذا العامل (15) عبارة. العامل الرابع: الانتماء والتوجيه لتنمية رؤية مشتركة وقد بلغ عدد عبارات هذا العامل (15) عبارة. العامل الخامس: الدافعية الملهمة، – وقد بلغ عدد عبارات هذا العامل (16) عبارة. العامل السادس: التأثير المثالي، – وقد بلغ عدد عبارات هذا العامل (13)، عبارة العامل السابع: توفير فرص التعلم المستمر، وقد بلغ عدد عبارات هذا العامل (14) عبارة
وكانت أهم الاستنتاجات التوصل الي المستويات التقديرية لدرجات عينة البحث علي مقياس القيادة الملهمة والتي تضمنت (6) مستويات تقديرية هي: جيد جدا، جيد، متوسط، مقبول، ضعيف، ضعيف جدا، وبلغ متوسط عينة البحث علي الدرجة الكلية للمقياس (367.684) وهي تقع في المستوي " متوسط "، كذلك توصل الباحث الي ترتيب ابعاد مقياس القيادة الملهمة لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية وفقاً لاستجابات عينة البحث، كما تم التوصل الي عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0.05) في درجة ممارسة أساليب القيادة الملهمة لدي معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية وفقا لمتغير نوع الجنس.
وكانت أهم التوصيات تطبيق المقياس المقترح للقيادة الملهمة في ضوء التجارب العالمية والواقع السياسي والاجتماعي والثقافي على معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية لرفع مستوي أدائهما القيادي، كذلك أوصي الباحث الاجهزة المعنية بوزارة التربية والتعليم بتطبيق هذا المقياس لما له من اهمية في التعرف على مدي توافر خصائص القيادة الملهمة لمعلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية.


The objective of the current research is to build a measure of inspiring leadership for physical education teachers. The researcher used the descriptive method on a sample consisting of (250) teachers (male and female) in Cairo and Giza governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The researcher verifies the validity and has followed both "the validity of arbitrators and the validity of internal consistency." Reliability was also calculated by finding the Alpha Cronbach coefficient. The researcher built a measure of inspiring leadership for teachers (male and female) in physical education having (103) phrases and distributed over seven factors:
Factor 1: Trust and Reliability - The number of phrases of this factor has reached 14 phrases.
Factor 2: the ability to empower, with 16 phrases.
Factor 3: good communication, the number of phrases of this factor reached 15 phrases.
Factor 4: belonging and guidance for the development of a common vision, the number of phrases of this factor has reached 15 phrases.
Factor 5: Inspirational motive, the number of phrases of this factor has reached (16) phrases.
Factor 6: the ideal effect and the number of phrases of this factor has reached 13 phrase
Factor 7: Providing continuous learning opportunities, the number of phrases of this factor has reached 14.
The study was able to reach the estimated levels of the sample scores on the inspirational leadership scale, which included (6) estimated levels: very good, good, medium, acceptable, weak, very weak. The average sample research on the total grade of the scale was (367.684) and with the "average" level. The researcher also reached the order of dimensions of the inspiring leadership measure of physical education teachers (male and female) according to the research sample's responses. The study also found no significant differences at (0.05) in the degree of practicing inspiring leadership techniques among physical education teachers according to the gender variable.
The study recommended applying the proposed measure of inspiring leadership in light of global experiences and political, social, and cultural reality on physical education teachers, both male and female, to raise their leadership performance level. The researcher also recommended the concerned bodies in with the Ministry of Education to apply this measure, given its importance in recognizing the availability of inspiring leadership characteristics for physical education teachers (male and female).
