|b In recent decades, the interest in issues of "Knowledge Management" has increased in both academic and industrial settings. Organizations are gradually realizing the capital represented by the brainpower of their actors. If the development of Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) have opened new opportunities for sharing information & experience, the managerial & organizational dimensions remain crucial for understanding a culture of knowledge sharing. Knowing capitalize wisely knowledge & expertise is essential and becomes a significant competitive advantage in terms of driving the project. Integrating in this context, this article aims to focus, initially, on the boundaries of the proposed Knowledge capitalization methods in the literature. Secondly, we propose an implementation process regarding the construction project memory.

|d Au cours des dernières décennies, l’intérêt porté aux problématiques du «Knowledge Management» s’est accru tant dans les milieux académiques qu’industriels. Les organisations prennent progressivement conscience du «capital» que représente la matière grise de leurs acteurs. Si le développement des TIC (Technologies d’Information & de Communication) a ouvert de nouvelles perspectives de partage d’informations & d’expériences, les dimensions organisationnelle & managériale demeurent primordiales pour appréhender une véritable culture de partage de la connaissance. Savoir capitaliser à bon escient les connaissances & savoir-faire est essentiel & devient un avantage concurrentiel substantiel en termes de conduite projet. S’intégrant dans ce contexte, cet article a pour objet de se focaliser, dans un premier temps, sur les limites des méthodes de capitalisation de connaissances proposées dans la littérature. Dans un second temps, nous proposons une démarche d’implémentation quant à la construction de mémoire projet.
