المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى - التعرف على واقع المقياس المتوازن للأداء بالأندية الرياضية وواقع القدرة التنافسية بالأندية الرياضية والعلاقة بين المقياس المتوازن للأداء والقدرة التنافسية بالأندية الرياضية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي "الدراسات المسحية" بخطواته وإجراءاته لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وقام الباحث بتصميم استمارتين استبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات وطبقت الاستمارتين على عينة قوامها (183) فرد من اعضاء مجالس الادارات ومديري الاندية ومديري الادارات بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية، وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث تدنى واقع قواعد البيانات باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة وعدم التجديد والابتكار في خطط التسويق مما يؤدى الى عدم توفير الدعم المالي من مصادر وجهات خارج النادي، وعدم وجود خطط تحسين وخطط لإدارة الازمات الطارئة بالأندية الرياضية مما يؤدى لتراجع المركز التنافسي للنادي مع غيره من المنافسين، واسلوب الادارة المركزية وعدم اشراك العاملين باتخاذ القرارات بالأندية الرياضية يؤدى الى زيادة نسبة الاستقالات الوظيفية وعزوف اصحاب الخبرات المهنية عن الالتحاق بالنادي، والميزانية غير كافية بالأندية الرياضية لدعم الانشطة والخدمات المقدمة لروادها بما يتناسب مع جودتها، وعدم اهتمام الادارة العليا بالأندية الرياضية بالأساليب العلمية الحديثة وبحوث التسويق للترويج لخدماتها ودراسة رغبات واحتياجات روادها الغير مشبعة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية قوية دالة احصائيا بين ابعاد المقياس المتوازن للأداء والقدرة التنافسية بالأندية الرياضية بمحافظة الدقهلية أي ان تطبيق المقياس المتوازن للأداء سيؤدى الى زيادة المركز التنافسي للأندية الرياضية، يعد البعد المالي بالمقياس المتوازن للأداء اكثر اسهاما وتأثيرا في القدرة التنافسية يليه بعد العملاء ثم بعد العمليات الداخلية واخيرا بعد التعلم والنمو . وكانت أهم التوصيات ضرورة العمل على تطبيق المقياس المتوازن للأداء كاطار متكامل لتقييم الاداء وتوفير التغذية العكسية وزيادة القدرة التنافسية بالأندية والمنشئات الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية، والاستعانة بخبراء وذلك لوضع خطط تحسين سنوية وخطط لإدارة الازمات الطارئة بالأندية الرياضية لمراعاة عوامل الامن والسلامة لروادها والمحافظة على موقع النادي التنافسي، وانشاء ادارة خاصة بالتواصل مع رواد الاندية الرياضية باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة وانظمة المعلومات والبيانات وذلك للوصول الى خفض تكاليف الخدمة المقدمة لرواد الاندية الرياضية

The current research aims to identify the reality of the balanced measure of performance in sports clubs, the reality of competitiveness in sports clubs, and the relationship between the balanced measure of performance and competitiveness in sports clubs. The researcher used the descriptive method "survey studies" with its steps and procedures due to its suitability with the research's nature. The researcher designed two questionnaires as the means of collecting data. The two questionnaires were applied to a sample consisting of183 members of boards of directors, club directors, and department managers in sports clubs in Dakahlia governorate. The researcher's most important findings showed the low reality of databases using modern technologies and lack of novelty and innovation in marketing plans, leading to the lack of financial support from sources and destinations outside the club. There is a lack of improvement plans and plans to manage emergency crises in sports clubs, leading to the decline of the club's competitive position with other competitors. The approach of central management and the non-involvement of employees in decision-making in sports clubs leads to an increase in the percentage of job resignations. There is a reluctance among those with professional experience to join the club, and the budget is insufficient in sports clubs to support the activities and services provided to the visitors in proportion to their quality. There is a lack of interest in the senior management of sports clubs in modern scientific methods and marketing research to promote their services and study its unsaturated pioneers' desires and needs. There is a strong correlation between the dimensions of the balanced measure of performance and the competitiveness of sports clubs in Dakahlia governorate, i.e., the application of the balanced measure of performance will lead to an increase in the competitive position of sports clubs. The financial dimension with a balanced measure of performance is the most important contribution to competitiveness, followed by the customers' dimension, internal processes dimension, and finally learning and growth dimension. The most important recommendations were the need to apply the balanced measure of performance as an integrated framework for evaluating performance, providing feedback, and increasing the competitiveness of sports clubs and facilities in the Arab Republic of Egypt. The study also recommended employing experts to develop annual improvement plans and emergency crisis management plans in sports clubs to take into account the security and safety factors of their visitors and maintain the club's competitive position and establish a special department to communicate with the visitors of sports clubs using modern technologies, information and data systems to reduce the cost of service provided to the visitors of sports clubs.
