|b This research synthesis sought to demonstrate by a systemic approach that drawing typologies of corruption, measuring it and making control programs is a potentially challenging process. It would be inappropriate to approach the notion of corruption without taking into consideration its moral dimension. The fight against corruption is a long term undertaking that requires patience, continuity and the adherence of institutions and citizens, as well as the spread of a new culture based on ethics and transparency. It is impossible to reduce the magnitude of this phenomenon without considering systemic and multidimensional reforms.

|d Cette recherche tente de démontrer via une démarche systémique que dresser des typologies de la corruption, la mesurer et confectionner des programmes de lutte sont une entreprise délicate. Approcher la notion de corruption sans prendre en considération sa dimension morale serait inopportun. La lutte contre la corruption est un travail de longue haleine qui nécessite patience continuité et l’adhésion des institutions et des citoyens ainsi que la diffusion d’une culture nouvelle fondée sur l’éthique et la transparence. Il est impossible de réduire l’ampleur de ce phénomène sans envisager des réformes systémique et multidimensionnelles.
