المستخلص: Our study is an inductive-deductive type that will attempt to understand and analyze the organization of the Algerian hospital in relation to the formal roles assigned to it by the public authorities in the implementation of the hospital reform. The study will focus on the organizational and managerial analysis of this entity, as well as an internal survey of the main actors (directors, assistant directors). One of the objectives of this study is to identify the main attitudes of the hospital's actors in relation to the main questions raised by the study's problems. Finally, the hospital is at the heart of our care system, hence the interest of the choice of theme to analyze the role of its organization and management in the success of the Algerian hospital reform.

Notre étude est de type inductive-déductive qui tentera de comprendre et d’analyser l’organisation de l’hôpital algérien par rapport aux rôles formels qui lui sont assignés par les pouvoirs publics dans la mise en œuvre de la réforme hospitalière. L’étude portera principalement sur l’analyse organisationnelle et managériale de cette entité en plus d’un sondage interne auprès des principaux acteurs (directeurs, sous-directeur, chef de service). L’identification des principales attitudes des acteurs de l’hôpital par rapport aux principales interrogations que pose la problématique de l’étude est l’un des objectifs de cette étude. Enfin, l’hôpital est au cœur de notre système de soins, d’où vient l'intérêt du choix de thème afin d'analyser le rôle de son organisation et de son management dans la réussite de la réforme hospitalière Algérienne.
