يهدف البحث إلى إثبات أن أسلوبا من أساليب العرب البلاغية وهو الحقيقة والمجاز لها تأثير من حيث إثبات وجوده وتأثيره على الأحكام الشرعية من حيث الجواز والحرمة والوجوب والاستحباب في المصدر الأول للإسلام والأحكام التشريعية وهو القرآن العظيم. وبذلك بينت خطتي لهذا البحث التي تتكون من مبحثين وعدة مطالب، فكان المبحث الأول: في مفهوم الحقيقة والمجاز وجودا وعدما في القرآن الكريم؛ ويتكون من مطلبين: المطلب الأول: في تعريف الحقيقة والمجاز لغة واصطلاحا وبيان أحوالهما العلمية؛ والمطلب الثاني: في المجاز وجودا وعدما في القرآن الكريم؛ والمبحث الثاني: في أثر الحقيقة والمجاز في استنباط الأحكام الشرعية؛ ويتكون من مطلبين: المطلب الأول: في أثر الحقيقة والمجاز في نقض الوضوء من اللمس في آية الوضوء، والمطلب الثاني: في أثر الحقيقة والمجاز في النكاح، ونكاح الأب غير الشرعي _ الزنى _ في تحريم المصاهرة على الأبناء والآباء في آية المحرمات من النساء، ثم الخاتمة وأهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها، ثم المصادر والمراجع.
