المستخلص: The present research aims to develop a proposed vision to activate the role of Majmaah University in the development of advocacy competencies in the light of Vision 2030, and the scientific requirements of academic programs to contribute to the preparation of future advocacy competencies. In addition to the role of the University in the preparation of advocacy competencies, and future directions of the University in the achievement of Vision 2030. The study was conducted on ninety-five faculty members at the University of Majma'ah between the dean (14%) and the agent (80%) and the head of the department (19%). (24%) of them had academic experience over than three years, and hold different degrees and careers. The study questions focused on the role of the university in the work of the availability of faculty members, and the availability of academic preparation programs for advocacy competencies, and whether there are statistically significant differences between the variables of the study attributed to the administrative position, experience and degree in addition to the reality of the advocacy role of the university in the light of the vision of 2030 AD from the viewpoint of faculty members at the University of Majmaah. The present study follows the descriptive and analytical approach to study the university reality, through: studying the researches that dealt with the roles of universities in achieving strategic visions of universities, and monitoring the current role of Majmaah University in the development of advocacy competencies in the light of Vision 2030. The study showed that availability of faculty members at a high level of competence was very great, and also the availability of academic preparation programs for advocacy competencies. The role of the university in providing methods of preparation and follow-up training was clearly noticed. The material and moral incentives and good preparation of advocacy competencies towards the adoption of vision was great. However, the scholarship in the field of preparing preachers, and attracting distinct preachers to contribute to the preparation of preaching competencies was average. It was found during the research that there were statistically significant differences between the mean of the study sample estimation attributed to the variable of the administrative position (F = 6.28), experience (T = 1.953), and the degree (F = 9.10). The study ended with a number of conclusions; the most important of these is that the Vision of 2030 has been concerned with the Islamic dimension and has made the values of society derived from Islamic law a central pillar in its first axis as it seeks to achieve an effervescent society with firm values and endure assets. Moreover, humanities, preparation and training in the field of advocacy are urgent needs to prepare students of Shari'a science. Additionally, the role of the University of Majma` in the preparation of competencies advocacy was positive and significant. Furthermore, the departments of Islamic studies in the colleges of the University of Majmaa have a significant role in the development of religious awareness among community institutions.

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور جامعة المجمعة في تنمية الكفاءات الدعوية في ضوء رؤية ٢٠٣٠، والمتطلبات العلمية للبرامج لأكاديمية للمساهمة في إعداد كفاءات المستقبل الدعوية، وواقع دور الجامعة في إعداد الكفاءات الدعوية، والتوجهات المستقبلية لجامعة المجمعة في تحقيق رؤية 2030. تمت الدراسة على خمسة وتسعين عضوا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بجامعة المجمعة بين عميد (19%) ووكيل (24%) ورئيس قسم (14%)، وكان (80%) منهم يتمتعون بخبرات أكاديمية فوق الثلاثة أعوم، ويحملون درجات علمية ووظيفية مختلفة. وكانت أسئلة الدراسة تتمحور حول دور الجامعة في العمل على توافر أعضاء هيئة التدريس، وتوافر برامج الإعداد الأكاديمي للكفاءات الدعوية، وهل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغيرات الدراسة تعزى للمنصب الإداري والخبرة والدرجة العلمية، ودور الجامعة في العمل على توافر أساليب وطرق الإعداد ومتابعة التدريب، وواقع الدور الدعوي للجامعة في ضوء رؤية 2030م من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة المجمعة؟ يتبع البحث الحالي للدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لدراسة الواقع الجامعي، من خلال: دراسة البحوث التي تناولت أدوار الجامعات في تحقيق الرؤى الاستراتيجية للجامعات، ورصد الدور الحالي لجامعة المجمعة في تنمية الكفاءات الدعوية في ضوء رؤية 2030. وبينت الدراسة أن درجة توافر أعضاء هيئة تدريس على مستوي عال من الكفاءة كانت كبيرة جدا، وتوافر برامج الإعداد الأكاديمي للكفاءات الدعوية، ودور الجامعة في العمل على توافر أساليب وطرق الإعداد ومتابعة التدريب، وأن الحوافز المادية والمعنوية والإعداد الجيد للكفاءات الدعوية تجاه تبني الرؤية كان كبيرا. أما الابتعاث في مجال إعداد الدعاة، واستقطاب دعاة متميزين للمساهمة في إعداد الكفاءات الدعوية فقد كان متوسط الدرجة. وقد اتضح خلال البحث وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات تقدير عينة الدراسة تعزي لمتغير المنصب الإداري (F = 6.28)، والخبرة (T = 1.953)، والدرجة العلمية (F = 9.10). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة استنتاجات أبرزها: أن رؤية ٢٠٣٠ اهتمت بالبعد الإسلامي، وجعلت قيم المجتمع المستمدة من الشريعة الإسلامية ركيزة أساسية في المحور الأول؛ إذ يسعى إلى تحقيق مجتمع حيوي يتمتع بقيم راسخة وأصول ثابتة، وأن العلوم الإنسانية والإعداد والتدريب في مجال الدعوة حاجة ملحة في تهيئة طلاب العلم الشرعي، وأيضا أن دور جامعة المجمعة في إعداد الكفاءات الدعوية كان إيجابيا وكبيرا، وأن أقسام الدراسات الإسلامية في كليات جامعة المجمعة لها دور كبير في تنمية الوعي الديني لدى فئات مؤسسات المجتمع. تفعيل دور الجامعات السعودية للمساهمة في تحقيق رؤية 2030 دور جامعة المجمعة في تنمية الكفاءات الدعوية أنموذجا وتصور مقترح لتفعيلها.
