تعد الثقة الاجتماعية المتبادلة حقيقة أساسية في الحياة الاجتماعية لبني البشر، وتعرف بانها توقع تعميمي (generalized expectancy) يكونه الفرد، بإمكانية التعويل على ما يصدر عن فرد آخر أو جماعة أخرى، من كلمة، أو وعد، أو تصريح لفظي أو مكتوب. وهي خاصية شخصية مكتسبة مستقرة نسبيا، وقد أشارت الدراسات إلى ارتباطها الإيجابي بالعديد من المتغيرات منها: التدين والتوافق الشخصي والرضا عن الحياة والسعادة والصحة الجسمية والرضا عن العمل وطول العمر. ومن المتغيرات التي يعتقد الباحثان أنها قد ترتبط بالثقة الاجتماعية المتبادلة هو الاغتراب النفسي وهو حالة نفسية يعاني منها الفرد ويشعر معها بعدم الصلة بواقعه وبعمق الفجوة بينه وبين الآخرين على الصعيدين الأسري والاجتماعي إلى الدرجة التي يؤدي فيها هذا الشعور الى الانفصال وركون الفرد للعزلة والانطواء وتحقير الذات بسبب عدم شعوره بأهمية ما يقوم به من أعمال. وقد تحددت أهداف البحث الحالي بقياس المتغيرين والتعرف على دلالة الفرق في كل منهما تبعا للمتغيرين الديموغرافيين الجنس والتخصص فضلا عن محاولة الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيس للبحث وهو: هل ترتبط الثقة الاجتماعية المتبادلة بالاغتراب النفسي؟ وقد استلزم تحقيق هذه الأهداف استعمال أداتين، الأولى متبناة، وهو مقياس (نظمي، ٢٠٠١) لقياس الثقة الاجتماعية المتبادلة، وقد استخرجت له في البحث الحالي خصائص سيكومترية تمثلت بالتمييز والصدق ليستقر العدد النهائي له على (٣٦) فقرة، واستخرج له الثبات بطريقة معامل ألفا بلغت قيمته (0.80). أما الأداة الثانية، فهي لقياس الاغتراب النفسي وقد تم تطويرها من خلال الاطلاع على مجموعة من المقاييس العربية والأجنبية فضلا عن مراجعة أدبيات الموضوع الواردة في التراث النفسي. وقد تكونت الأداة من (٢٤) فقرة، استخرجت لها خصائص سيكومترية تمثلت بالتمييز والصدق والثبات بطريقة معامل ألفا وقد بلغ (٠.٨٦). وقد طبق المقياسان على عينة تكونت من (٢٧٠) طالبا وطالبة من جامعة بغداد للسنة الدراسية ٢٠١٣- ٢٠١٤ وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات باستعمال الاختبار التائي لعينة واحدة، والتائي لعينتين مستقلتين، ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل ألفا للاتساق الداخلي، توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: ١- تدني مستوى الثقة الاجتماعية المتبادلة لدى طلبة الجامعة. ٢- وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في الثقة الاجتماعية المتبادلة تبعا لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذكور وتبعا للتخصص ولصالح ذوي التخصص الإنساني. 3- أن عينة البحث الحالي لا يعانون من الاغتراب النفسي، وتلك نتيجة إيجابية وتعد من مؤشرات الصحة النفسية لدى طلبة الجامعة في العراق في ظل الظروف القاسية التي مروا بها ولا يزالون خلال السنوات الماضية، سيما بعد أن لحظنا الارتباط الإيجابي للاغتراب النفسي بالعديد من المتغيرات مثل انخفاض إدراك الذات الإيجابي وانخفاض تقدير الذات وانخفاض التوافق النفسي وانخفاض الأمن النفسي. 4- لا يوجد فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في الاغتراب النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة على وفق متغيري الجنس (ذكور، إناث) والتخصص (علمي، إنساني). 5- لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الثقة الاجتماعية المتبادلة والاغتراب النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة. وبناءا على نتائج البحث الحالية أوصى الباحثان بتوصية وتقدما بعدد من المقترحات لمشاريع بحثية مستقبلية.
Interpersonal trust is a basic fact in the social life of human beings, and it defined as: "an generalized expectancy held by an individual or a group that the word, promise, verbal or written statement of another individual or group can be relied upon, it is an acquired personality characteristic relatively stable, studies showed a positive correlation with many variables such as: the of religion religious affiliation and religious importance ,and personal life satisfaction, happiness and physical health and job satisfaction and longevity. From variables that researchers believed that it may be associated with interpersonal trust is psychological alienation, it defined as a psychological condition suffered by the individual and feels he not to link its reality and a gap between him and the others at both the family and social, so lead this separation to individual isolation and introversion and humbling oneself. The present research aimed to: measuring variables and to identify the significance of difference in each variable depending on the gender and specialization as well as an attempt to answer the main question of the research: is interpersonal trust correlate with psychological alienation? In order to achieve these goals, two instruments used, the first is to measure interpersonal trust, which is (Nadhmi, 2001) scale, the psychometric characteristics were found it is discrimination power and construct validity, the final number of items (36), the reliability was found by alpha coefficient with value (0.80). The second instrument, is to measure the psychological alienation has been developed in the light of literature of the topic. The instrument consisted of (24) items, the psychometric characteristic was discrimination power, construct validity, the reliability was found by alpha coefficient with value (0.86). The research results was found by administering the two scales on a sample consisted of (270) male and female students from the University of Baghdad for the school year 2013-2014, and by using the statistical methods such as t- test for one samle, and for two independent samples, and Pearson correlation coefficient, and the coefficient alpha for internal consistency, research found the following results: 1- The total level of interpersonal trust among the students of the University is lower than moderate. 2- There are a statistically significant differences in interpersonal trust between males and females in favor of males, and among those with scientific specialization and humanitarian in favor of humanitarian. 3- The total level of psychological alienation among the students of the university is lower than moderate, and that a positive result and is one of the indicators of mental health among university students in Iraq under the harsh conditions they went through and are still over the past years. 4- There is no statistically significant difference in psychological alienation among university students according to the variables of gender (males, females) and specialization (scientific, humanistic). 5- There is no statistically significant relationship between interpersonal trust and psychological alienation among the students of the university. Based on the results of current research, the researchers recommended that the recommendation advanced a number of proposals for future research projects.
