|a تعتبر المدرسة هي المؤسسة التربوية التي يقضي فيها الطالب معظم وقته، حيث أنها تتعامل مع الفرد وأدائه وفقا لمعايير عقلية علمية وموضوعية، وتتميز بالخبرات والمعلومات والإمكانات التي تجعلها تربه خصبة لنمو المواهب في المجالات المختلفة. "إن جميع ما يجري في البيئة المدرسية له تأثير واضح على الطالب، فالتربية عملية ديناميكية، بحيث لا يقاس الفرد بعدد السنوات التي قضاها في المدرسة، أو بمجموع ما حصل عليه من مواد دراسية، وإنما يقاس بقدرته على النمو العقلي والشخص المستمر، لذا فإن المدرسة هي المكان الطبيعي للتطور والإبداع وإظهار مواهب الطلبة ورعايتها، مما يؤكد أهمية دور المدرسة في رعاية الطلبة وتنمية الموهبة لديهم." (رحاب، 2009) وتوجيهها التوجيه الأمثل لخدمة المجتمع. إن دور المدرسة الثانوية يمثل العمود الفقري الذي ينتج موهوبا مثاليا، تهيئ له الفرص لصقل موهبته وقدراته العلمية، والأدبية، والثقافية، والفنية، وتسعى لتلبية احتياجاته، من خلال البرامج والأنشطة التعليمية، وأساليب التدريس المتنوعة. ومن هنا تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور المدرسة في تنمية الموهبة ورعايتها لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية.

|b School is considered to be the educational institution where the student spends most of his time, as it deals with the individual and his performance according to mental, knowledgeable and objective standards, and is characterized by the expertise and information and the possibilities that make it fertile breeding for the growth of talent in different areas. “whatever happens in the school environment has a great effect on the student's development ,as the student education is a dynamic process, so the individual is not measured by the number of years he had spent at school, or by the total of his achievements of subjects, but by his ability to develop continuously, Both mentally and personally so the school is the natural place of innovation, development and showing the students talents and taking care of them , Which emphasizes the importance of the role of the school in taking care of the students, developing their talent.” (Rehab, 2009) and guiding them to serve the community. The role of the secondary school is the backbone which produces an ideal talent, provides opportunities for him to strengthen his talent and his scientific, literary, cultural, and artistic abilities and seeks to meet his needs through educational programs, activities and teaching methods. The aim of this study is to learn about the role of the school in developing and taking care of talent among secondary school students.
