|a بعد أن التزم الأصوليون بأن وجوب المقدمات يترشح عن وجوب المطلوب بالذات، نشأت إشكالية تفسير إلزام المكلف بتوفير هذه المقدمات قبل فعلية الوجوب النفسي ، وقد طرحت عدة أطروحات لمعالجة الإشكالية مثل ) فكرة الواجب المعلق ( و ) الشرط المتأخر ( و ) الوجوب المستقل ( وغيرها ، ولكن توجهت عليها العديد من الإشكالات مما دعا إلى طرح محاولة جديدة تبتني على فكرة تعدد مراتب فعلية الحكم ممتدة من تحقق أول شرائط الحكم ومنتهية بآخر تلك الشرائط ، وتكون المرتبة الأولى محركة نحو المقدمات دون الفعل المطلوب
