المستخلص: نتناول في هذا البحث واحدا من أبرز المخاطر التي تواجه الشعوب، وهو كيفية الاستغلال الجيد للموارد الطبيعية والحفاظ عليها مع تزامن ارتفاع معدلات التلوث البيئي والذي لا يقل خطورة عن التهديد الأمني والمعيشي. وخطر التطرف والإرهاب نتيجة آثار الإهمال والفساد وضعف معالجة الأزمات الكبيرة كأزمة المياه والتلوث إلى جانب الآثار الناجمة عن استخدام الأسلحة المحرمة دوليا. وبما يستلزم تشخيص عوامل هذا التهديد البيئي وتوفير مستلزمات التخطيط والمعالجة العلمية الصحيحة، وإعداد الكوادر الماهرة في مجال حماية البيئة. والتنسيق مع وسائل الإعلام للتثقيف الصحي وإطلاع المواطنين على جدية الآثار التي يحدثها التلوث البيئي، ووضع تشريعات تتصل بمخاطر ذلك على المجتمع والأسرة.

In this research, we address one of the most prominent risks facing peoples and how to make good use of natural resources and preserve them with the coincidence of high levels of environmental pollution, which is no less dangerous than the security and living threat and the threat of extremism and terrorism as a result of the effects of neglect and corruption and the weakness of addressing major crises such as the water crisis and pollution along with the resulting effects On the use of internationally prohibited weapons. In what necessitates, diagnosing the factors of this environmental threat, providing the requirements for planning, correct scientific treatment, preparing competent cadres in the field of environmental protection, coordinating with the media for health education and informing citizens about the seriousness of the effects of environmental pollution, and developing legislation related to the risks to that of society and the family.
