|a تعتبر الثقافة من أكثر المفاهيم تعقيدا، التي أخذت اهتماما كبيرا من طرف السوسيولوجين والانثربولوجين وبغض النظر عن مدى إدراكهم للمفهوم اللغوي والفكري والمعرفي للثقافة واتفاقهم على مضامينه ومكوناته، وهو الأمر الذي اتفق عليه في شأن الثقافة هو: أن لكل إنسان ثقافة تميزه عن غيره وأن لكل مجتمع ثقافة اجتماعية تميزه عن باقي المجتمعات، وكما أن الثقافة تلعب دورا فاعلا في حياة المجتمعات. إذ تشكل الثقافة بمفهومها العام البنية الأساسية لطرائق التفكير وآليات التفاعل الاجتماعي الأمر الذي يؤثر على فلسفة المجتمعات، والأفراد والمؤسسات ومستويات دافعتيه وإنتاجيته السوسيو-اقتصادية والسياسية لذلك ارتأينا أن نقدم مفهوم الثقافة ضمن النسق السوسيو-انثروبولوجي ومدى استخداماته المؤسساتية.

|b The culture is one of the most complex concepts, which took great interest from sociologists and anthropologists , no matter how much their understanding of the linguistic, intellectual and cognitive concept of culture and their agreement on its content and components, what has been agreed upon, in culture is that every human being has a culture that distinguishes him from others, and that each society has a social culture that distinguishes it from the rest of the society, culture also plays an active role in the life of societies as culture is formed in, its general and structured sense constitutes the in frastructure of the ways of thinking and mechanisms of social interaction which affects the philosophy of societies, individuals and institutions and levels of motivation and socio- economic and political productivity. Therefore, we suggested that we introduce the concept of culture within the socio-anthropological style and the extent of its institutional use.
