المستخلص: استهدف هذا البحث تحديد فاعلية برنامج إرشادي لتنمية وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا بالتخزين المنزلي وعلاقته بإدارتهن لموردي الوقت والجهد، واشتمل البحث عينة أساسية تمثلت في (210) ربة أسرة متزوجة حديثا تم اختيارهن بطريقة صدفية غرضية من ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا من العاملات بجامعة عين شمس ومن الطالبات وخريجات كلية التربية النوعية جامعة عين شمس، وبعض المعارف والأقارب، عاملات وغير عاملات، ومن مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة، بشترط أن تقل مدة زواجهن عن خمس سنوات، وعينة تجريبية تم اختيارهن بطريقة غرضية بناء على نتائج البحث الأساسية وبلغ عددهن (47) ربة أسرة متزوجة حديثا وكان هناك تجانس بين ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا عينة البحث التجريبية في أكثر من خاصية فأكثرهن أقل من 21 سنة وذوات مستوى تعليمي منخفض، ومن غير العاملات، ومن ذوات الدخل الشهري المنخفض، وتمثلت أدوات البحث في (استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا بالتخزين المنزلي، استبيان إدارة موردي الوقت والجهد، برنامج إرشادي لتنمية وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا بالتخزين المنزلي، واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى جانب المنهج التجريبي، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين درجات ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا عينة البحث الأساسية في الاستجابات على استبيان الوعي بالتخزين المنزلي بمحاوره الأربعة (تخزين وحفظ الأطعمة، تخزين الملابس ومكملاتها، تخزين الأدوية في المنزل، تخزين مواد التنظيف والمواد الكيماوية بالمنزل) تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (عمر ربة الأسرة، المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة، عمل ربة الأسرة، دخل الأسرة الشهري) لصالح ربات الأسر ذوات الفئة العمرية الأكبر، وذات المستويات التعليمية الأعلى، والعاملات، وذات الدخل الشهري المرتفع، كما تبين وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا عينة البحث الأساسية في الاستجابات على استبيان إدارة موردي الوقت والجهد تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (عمر ربة الأسرة، المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة، عمل ربة الأسرة، دخل الأسرة الشهري) لصالح ربات الأسر ذوات الفئة العمرية الأكبر، وذات المستويات التعليمية الأعلى، والعاملات، وذات الدخل الشهري المرتفع.، كذلك اتضح وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية تراوحت بين (0.05)، (0.01) بين محاور استبيان وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا بالتخزين المنزلي وأبعاد استبيان إدارة موردي الوقت والجهد، بينما أسفرت نتائج البحث التجريبية عن وجود فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية في مستوى وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا بالتخزين المنزلي بمحاوره الأربعة (تخزين وحفظ الأطعمة، تخزين الملابس ومكملاتها، تخزين الأدوية في المنزل، تخزين مواد التنظيف والمواد الكيماوية بالمنزل) عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج لصالح التطبيق البعدي، وأوصت الباحثة بتفعيل الاستفادة بنتائج هذا البحث في عمل ندوات توعية لربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا والطلاب، وتطبيق برامج إرشادية لتنمية الوعي بالتخزين المنزلي لإكساب أفراد الأسرة الوعي السليم نحو التخزين المنزلي وتوضيح أهميته وانعكاسه على إدارة الفرد لموردي الوقت والجهد، كما أوصت بإنشاء موقع على الإنترنت متخصص في إدارة الشؤون المنزلية؛ ويضم في محتوياته التخزين المنزلي وعلاقته بإدارة موردي الوقت والجهد.

The current research aimed at determining the effectiveness of a guidance program to develop awareness of newly married heads of household of home storage and its relationship to their management of time and effort suppliers, The research included a basic sample represented by (210) housewives of a newly married family who were chosen in a coincidental manner by housewives of newly married families from workers at Ain Shams University and from female students and graduates of the Faculty of Specific Education Ain Shams University, and some knowledge and relatives, workers and non-workers, and from social levels And different economic conditions, provided that the period of their marriage is less than five years, And an experimental sample was chosen in a purpose based on the main results of the research. They numbered (47) newly married female heads of household and there was homogeneity among newly married heads of household heads. The experimental research sample was in more than one characteristic, as they are both under 21 years old and have a low educational level, and are not working, With low monthly income, the research tools consisted of (public data form, a questionnaire awareness of newly married heads of household in the household storage, a time and effort resource management questionnaire, a pilot program to develop the awareness of newly married heads of households with home storage, and the research followed the descriptive analytical approach in addition to the experimental approach, The results of the research showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) between the degrees of newly married heads of household heads, the basic research sample in the responses to the questionnaire awareness of home storage in its four axes (storage and preservation of foods, storage of clothes and their supplements, storage of medicines at home, storage Cleaning materials and chemicals in the home (depending on the variables of the study (age of the head of the family, the educational level of the head of the family, the work of the head of the family, the monthly family income) in favor of female heads of families with the largest age group, and with higher educational levels, workers, and with a high monthly income, There were also statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between newly married heads of households, the main research sample in the responses to the questionnaire management of time and effort suppliers according to the difference in the study variables (age of the head of the family, the level of education of the head of the family, work of the head of the family, family income Monthly) for the benefit of heads of households with the largest age group, with higher educational levels, working women, and with a high monthly income. Also, it was found that there is a correlation relationship with statistical significance ranging between (0.05) and (0.01) between the axes of the household heads awareness survey Newlyweds with household storage and dimensions of the time and effort supplier management survey, While the experimental research results resulted in a statistically significant difference in the level of awareness of newly married heads of household in the four-axis household storage (storing and preserving foods, storing clothes and their accessories, storing medicines at home, storing cleaning materials and chemicals in the home) at the level of significance (0.01) before After applying the program for post application, The researcher recommended activating the utilization of the results of this research in creating awareness seminars for newly married housewives and students, and applying counseling programs to develop awareness of home storage to give family members sound awareness towards home storage and clarify its importance and reflection on the individual management of time and effort suppliers, also recommended the creation of a website specializing in Home Affairs Department It includes home storage and its relationship to time and effort resource management.
