المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى الكشف عن فعالية تطبيق برنامج إرشادي لتنمية وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا نحو استخدام الأجهزة المنزلية المستهلكة للطاقة بأبعادها وانعكاسه على التخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد المادية وقد تكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من (228) من ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا، كما تكونت عينة الدراسة التجريبية من (57) ربة أسرة متزوجة حديثا من الربيع الأدنى من نفس عينة البحث الأساسية وبنفس شروطها من منخفضي الوعي باستخدام الأجهزة المنزلية المستهلكة للطاقة والتخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد المادية. تم اختيارهن بطريقة عمدية غرضية من ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا من العاملات ببعض المصالح الحكومية بمحافظة الدقهلية، وغير العاملات، ومن الريفيات والحضريات، وذوات مستويات اجتماعية واقتصادية مختلفة. وطبقت عليهن استمارة البيانات العامة، استبيان وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا باستخدام الأجهزة المنزلية المستهلكة للطاقة، استبيان التخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد المادية، برنامج إرشادي لربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا باستخدام الأجهزة المنزلية المستهلكة للطاقة استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج شبه التجريبي، وقد توصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا عينة البحث الأساسية في الاستجابات لاستبيان وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا باستخدام الأجهزة المنزلية المستهلكة للطاقة تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة (مكان الإقامة، عمل ربة الأسر، المستوى التعليمي لربة الأسرة، متوسط الدخل الشهري للأسرة)، كما تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوي (0.01) بين ربات الأسر عينة البحث الأساسية في الاستجابات لمحاور التخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد المادية تبعا لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة، كذلك اتضح وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية تراوحت بين (0.05)، (0.01) بين أبعاد وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا باستخدام الأجهزة المنزلية المستهلكة للطاقة وأبعاد التخطيط الاستراتيجي للموارد المادية. أكدت النتائج فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي لتنمية وعي ربات الأسر المتزوجات حديثا أفراد عينة البحث التجريبية باستخدام الأجهزة المنزلية المستهلكة للطاقة. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تكثيف حملات التوعية بأهمية وضرورة ترشيد استهلاك الطاقة بأنواعها على مستوى القطاع المنزلي.

The current research aims to reveal the effectiveness of implementing an indicative program to develop the awareness of women heads of newly married families towards the use of energy-consuming household appliances with its dimensions and its reflection on the strategic planning of material resources. The basic research sample consisted of (228) newly married women heads of households, and the experimental study sample consisted of (57) A newly married female head of household from the lower spring of the same basic research sample and with the same terms from those with low awareness of the use of energy-consuming household appliances and the strategic planning of material resources. Women workers, both rural and urban, with different socio-economic levels. A general data form was applied to them, a questionnaire on the awareness of newly married female heads of households on the use of energy-consuming household appliances, a questionnaire for strategic planning of material resources, a mentoring program for newly married female heads of household using energy-consuming household appliances. The research used the descriptive and analytical approach and the quasi-experimental approach. Statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between female heads of households who are newly married, the basic research sample in responses to the questionnaire of awareness of newlywed female heads of households using energy-consuming household appliances according to the difference in the study variables (place of residence, work of the housewife, the educational level of the head of the household, average monthly income For the family), and it was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.01) between female heads of households, the basic research sample in responses to the axes of strategic planning for material resources, according to the different variables of the study. It was also found that there is a statistically significant correlation between (0.05) and (0.01) Between the dimensions of awareness of the newly married female heads of household on the use of energy-consuming household appliances and the dimensions Strategic planning of material resources. The results confirmed the effectiveness of the counseling program for developing awareness among newlywed female heads of households, members of the experimental research sample, on the use of energy-consuming household appliances. The study recommends the necessity of intensifying awareness campaigns on the importance and necessity of rationalizing energy consumption of all kinds at the domestic sector level.
