المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تقديم إطار فكري وتطبيقي لتطبيق مفهوم إدارة المعرفة ودوره في جودة الخدمات التعليمية في مؤسسات التعليم بشكل عام، مبنيا على الدراسات النظرية والمسحية في أنحاء متفرقة من دولة الكويت، وتم تقديم خلفية نظرية للموضوع تضمنت مناقشة واستعراض المفاهيم الأساسية لإدارة المعرفة والتي شملت: التعريف بمفهوم المعرفة وأنواعها، ومفهوم إدارة المعرفة، وأهداف إدارة المعرفة، والفوائد المتحققة لمنظمات التعليم من تطبيق إدارة المعرفة. وتلا ذلك مناقشة مفهوم الجودة في الخدمات التعليمية والأبعاد المهمة لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في مؤسسات التعليم ودورها في ضمان جودة التعليم والخدمات التعليمية في المؤسسات التعليمية في دولة الكويت. قام الباحث بدراسة أهمية وتطبيقات إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسات التعليمية بدولة الكويت استنادا إلى ركائز رؤية المؤسسة وأهدافها وهيكلها التنظيمي وبنيتها التحتية لإدارة المعرفة، ومن ثم دراسة دور هذه التطبيقات في ضمان جودة خدمات البحث العلمي، والتدريس والمناهج، والخدمات الإدارية، ومدى تحقيق مركز التطوير المهني للجودة في المؤسسات التعليمية. استخدم الباحث أداة الاستبيان لدراسة دور تطبيقات إدارة المعرفة على جودة الخدمات التعليمية، وتبين وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية بين المتغير المستقل المتمثل بإدارة المعرفة والمتغير التابع المتمثل بجودة الخدمات التعليمية.

The current study aimed to provide an intellectual and applied framework for applying the concept of knowledge management and its role in the quality of educational services in educational institutions in general, based on theoretical and survey studies in different parts of the State of Kuwait, and a theoretical background was presented to the topic that included discussion and review of the basic concepts of knowledge management which included: definition The concept of knowledge and its types, the concept of knowledge management, the goals of knowledge management, and the benefits accrued to education organizations from applying knowledge management. This was followed by a discussion of the concept of quality in educational services and the important dimensions of applying knowledge management in educational institutions and their role in ensuring the quality of education and educational services in educational institutions in the State of Kuwait. The researcher has studied the importance and applications of knowledge management in educational institutions in the State of Kuwait based on the pillars of the institution's vision, goals, organizational structure and infrastructure for knowledge management, and then examined the role of these applications in ensuring the quality of scientific research services, teaching and curricula, administrative services, and the extent to which the Center for Professional Development of Quality has achieved In educational institutions. The researcher used the questionnaire tool to study the role of knowledge management applications on the quality of educational services, and showed a positive correlation between the independent variable represented by knowledge management and the dependent variable represented in the quality of educational services.
