المستخلص: تستهدف هذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على مختلف الأدوار التي تناط بالمكتبات العمومية تجاه تعزيز التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق استراتيجيتها الإنمائية رؤية 2030 وتحقيق أهدافها، من بوابة التمكين الثقافي للفتيات من خلال التعرف عن قرب على مروحة الخدمات المقدمة والأنشطة المبرمجة عطفا على مختلف البرامج والفعاليات الثقافية الموجهة لفئة الفتيات على مستوى ملحقات المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية لولاية تبسة (العوينات، سكانسكا، الحمامات) قصد الاستجابة لاحتياجاتهن المتعددة وتطوير قدراتهن وتنمية مهاراتهن وتمكينهن ثقافيا، كدعامات أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في أطارها الأممي رؤية 2030. من أجل ذلك، اعتمدت الدراسة منهجا وصفيا يستند إلى التحليل، وخلصت إلى جملة من النتائج لعل أهمها: توجه ملحقات المكتبة الرئيسية للمطالعة العمومية بولاية تبسة (العوينات، سكانسكا، الحمامات) نحو فئة الفتيات- على غرار فئة الفتيان- وتبدي اهتماما متساويا بهن، تجاه كفالة حقهن في المعلومات والمعارف وتمكينهن من حقهن المتساوي في الأنشطة والبرامج والفعاليات الثقافية، كما توفر المكتبات محل الدراسة المقومات الأساسية لتتحول إلى بيئة مناسبة لتطوير قدرات الفتيات وتنمية مهاراتهن من بوابة مراعاة حق الفتيات في التنمية الثقافية وكفالة وصولهن المتساوي للمعلومات والمعارف وتمكينهن.

The study aims to spot the different roles of the public libraries in promoting sustainable development and achieving its development strategy vision 2030, and realizing its goals through the cultural empowerment of girls through a close knowledge of the set of services provided and the programmed activities in addition to the various programs and cultural events aimed at the girls in The annexes of the main public library of tebessa (El Aouinet, Skanska, Harnmamet) in order to respond to their multiple needs, develop their capacities, develop their skills and culturally empower them as a main base for achieving sustainable development within the framework of the international vision 2030. For this purpose, the study adopted a descriptive approach based on the analysis and concluded with a number of results. The most important of these are: The libraries focus on the females as much as the males and equally interested to ensure the female's right to information and knowledge and to enable them to have equal rights in cultural activities, programs and events , the libraries also provide the essential elements for a suitable environment for developing girls' abilities and developing their skills by ensuring that girls have the right to cultural development and to ensure their equal access to information and knowledge.

Le but de cette étude est de mettre en lumière sur les différents rôles joués par les bibliothèques publiques dans la promotion du développement durable, la réalisation de leur stratégie de développement et la réalisation de ses objectifs à partir du portail d'autonomisation culturelle des filles à travers les divers services fournis et les activités programmées au niveau des annexes de la bibliothèque principale de lecture publique de la wilaya de Tébessa (El Aouinet, Skanska, Hammamet) afin de répondre à leurs multiples besoins, de progresser leurs capacités, de développer leurs compétences et les Autonomiser culturellement, en tant que piliers du développement durable Dans le cadre de la Vision 2030 des Nations Unies. Cette étude a adopté une approche descriptive fondée sur l'analyse et aboutissant à un certain nombre de résultats, dont les plus importants sont: Les annexes de la bibliothèque principale de lecture publique de la wilaya de Tébessa (El Aouinet, Skanska, Hammamet) se dirigent vers la catégorie des filles-similaire aux garçons- en assurant leur mêmes droits à l'information et à la connaissance et les différentes activités, programmes et événements culturels. Les bibliothèques en question fournissent également les éléments de base permettant de devenir un environnement propice au développement des aptitudes et des compétences des filles par la réalisation de leur droit au développement culturel et en garantissant leur accès égal à l'information, Les connaissances et les autonomisées.
