|b This research aims to shed light on the policies of the Israeli occupation towards the Palestinian territories in terms of development and human rights, and the position of international law on the practices of the occupation. The research concludes that the Palestinian territories (West Bank and Gaza Strip) are Palestinian territories occupied by Israel, and that Israel's policies and practices depriving the Palestinians of their right to development contradict the most basic principles of human rights announced by the United Nations and its institutions. The international community must demand that Israel stop Israel from taking over the development of the occupied Palestinian territories, but rather force it to pay compensation to the Palestinians for their alienation and deprivation during previous periods.

|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على سياسات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي تجاه الأراضي الفلسطينية فيما يتعلق بمجال التنمية وحقوق الإنسان، وموقف القانون الدولي من ممارسات الاحتلال حول ذلك. ويخلص البحث أن الأراضي الفلسطينية (الضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة) هي أراضي فلسطينية محتلة من طرف إسرائيل، وأن ما تقوم به إسرائيل من سياسات وممارسات من سلب الفلسطينيين حقهم في التنمية يتناقض مع أبسط مبادئ حقوق الإنسان التي أقرتها الأمم المتحدة والمؤسسات المنبثقة عنها في هذا المجال. إن المجتمع الدولي مطالب بالقيام بمسؤولياته تجاه ذلك، وأن السلطة الفلسطينية يجب أن تقوم برفع الدعاوي في المحافل الدولية على إسرائيل، ليس للمطالبة بوقف إسرائيل عن استلاب التنمية في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة، وإنما إجبارها على دفع تعويضات للفلسطينيين عما قامت به من نهب وحرمان طوال الفترات السابقة.
