المستخلص: The aim of the research is to identify the level of graduates 'awareness of the role of Freelancing platforms represented in (acquiring entrepreneurial skills, achieving independence, granting freedom, disseminating a culture of Freelancing), and the impact of Freelancing platforms on reducing the unemployment problem, and identifying the differences between the averages of respondents' responses with respect to The level of perception is due to the variables (gender - specialization). The research was applied in the first semester of the academic year (2018/2019) on the bachelor's graduates at Palestine Technical College - Deir al-Balah, and used the descriptive analytical approach, and a random stratified sample of 50 graduates from each major was chosen. The results indicated that the college graduates have a high-level of awareness for the role of Freelancing platforms, with a statistically significant effect of the role of platforms in reducing the problem of unemployment. There are no differences attributable to the gender variable, but for the variable of scientific specialization, there are no differences for the role of Freelancing platforms represented in the axes (acquisition of Freelancing skills, grants Freedom, spreading the culture of Freelancing), whereas there are differences in the (achieving independence) axis in reducing the unemployment problem in favor of managing e-business. The research recommended reconsidering the role of the college in spreading the culture of Freelancing, and strengthening its role in providing administrative, technical and advisory support programs through scientific courses, seminars and conferences regarding free work and related platforms. Moreover, there is a need to provide a modern educational, scientific, technical and information infrastructure in the college that contributes not only to quality and efficiency of the educational process, but also to promote self-employment and the updating of university courses.

هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى إدراك الخريجين لدور منصات العمل الحر المتمثلة في (اكتساب مهارات العمل الحر، تحقيق الاستقلالية، منح الحرية، نشر ثقافة العمل الحر)، وأثر منصات العمل الحر في الحد من مشكلة البطالة، وتحديد الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات المبحوثين فيما يتعلق بمستوى الإدراك تعزى للمتغيرات (النوع –التخصص). تم تطبيق البحث في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (2018/2019) على خريجي البكالوريوس بكلية فلسطين التقنية- دير البلح، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واختيرت عينة طبقية عشوائية بواقع (50) خريج من كل تخصص، وأظهرت النتائج أن خريجي الكلية لديهم مستوى إدراك كبير بدور منصات العمل الحر، مع وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لدور المنصات في الحد من مشكلة البطالة، كما لا توجد فروق تعزى لمتغير الجنس، أما بالنسبة لمتغير التخصص العلمي؛ فلا توجد فروق لدور منصات العمل الحر المتمثل في المحاور (اكتساب مهارات العمل الحر، منح الحرية، نشر ثقافة العمل الحر)؛ بينما توجد فروق في محور (تحقيق الاستقلالية) في الحد من مشكلة البطالة لصالح إدارة الأعمال الإلكترونية. وأوصى البحث بإعادة النظر بدور الكلية في نشر ثقافة العمل الحر، وتعزيز دورها في تقديم برامج الدعم الإداري والفني والاستشاري عن طريق الدورات والندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية فيما يتعلق بالعمل الحر والمنصات ذات الصلة، وضرورة توفر بنية أساسية تعليمية وعلمية وتقنية ومعلوماتية حديثة في الكلية تسهم في جودة وكفاءة العملية التعليمية بما يحقق تعزيز العمل الحر، وتحديث المقررات الجامعية.
