المستخلص: يعتبر العقار ذا أهمية على مستوى التخطيط والتدبير الحضريين، فبدونه لا يمكن بناء أية عملية تخطيطية تهم الشأن الحضري بلوغ التنمية الترابية بمختلف مقاييسها. مدينة صفرو، لها راهنيتها في هذا الإطار، انطلاقا من كون هذا المجال عرف خلال السنوات الأخيرة برامج حضرية عديدة ارتبطت بالعرض العقاري وتوجهات وثائق التعمير. فكيف تمت ملاءمة توجهات وثائق التعمير مع العرض العقاري والمشاريع المنجزة؟ ما هي نتائجها المجالية والمجتمعية؟ ثم ماهي طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين العقار الحضري والمشاريع الترابية؟

Land is very important at the level of urban planning and management, without this element we can not build a planning operation focused on the urban issue and seeking territorial development at all its levels. The city of Sefrou, presents itself as a model case in this sense, since this territory has experienced in recent years several urban programs (projects) related to the land supply and the directives of urban planning documents. How. then, was the adequacy of the orientations of the urban planning documents and the land supply of the projects realized? What are its socio-territorial repercussions? What is the nature of the relationship between urban land and territorial projects?

Le foncier est très important au niveau de la planification et de la gestion urbaines, sans cet élément, nous ne pouvons pas construire une opération planificatrice axée sur la question urbaine et cherchant le développement territorial à tout ses niveaux. La ville de Sefrou, se présente comme un cas-modèle dans ce sens, vu que ce territoire a connu ces dernières années plusieurs programmes urbains (projets) liés à l offre foncière et aux directives des documents d'urbanisme. Comment donc, s'est faite l'adéquation des orientations des documents d'urbanisme et l'offre foncière des projets réalisés ? Quels sont ses retombées socio-territoriales ? Quelle est la nature de la relation entre le foncier urbain et les projets territoriaux?
