المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى إبراز أثر التفاؤل في حفظ مقاصد الشريعة الضرورية، والحاجية، والتحسينية، وفي حفظ أنواع المصالح التي قصدت الشريعة المحافظة عليها: "الدين والنفس والعقل والنسل والمال، معززا بالأمثلة التطبيقية التي تثري علم المقاصد بمزيد من الأمثلة الواقعية. واتبعت المنهج الاستقرائي، والوصفي، والتحليلي، وتوصلت إلى نتائج، أبرزها: أن في التفاؤل اقتداء بالنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ فقد كان يعجبه الفأل. الذي يساعد على راحة المتفائل وطمأنينته التي تمكنه من أداء العبادة كما طلبت منه، وهذا مهم لحفظ مقصد الدين. ويتجلى أثره في حفظ مقصد النفس في أن المتفائل منشرح الصدر مرتاح البال، ولهذا أثر في بقاء بدنه صحيحا، ويحميه-بإذن الله-من الأمراض، ويكسبه مناعة تساعده على مقاومة الأمراض، والشفاء منها. ومن آثاره في حفظ مقصد العقل أن المتفائل إذا كانت صفته ما تقدم فإنه سيتمتع بتفكير سليم، يمكنه من النجاح والتميز، ويزيل عنه عوائق التفكير-الحسية والمعنوية-التي تشغل العقل. وللتفاؤل أثر بين في حفظ مقصد النسل، فالمسلم المتفائل يتيسر له الزواج أكثر من المتشائم، والزواج وسيلة التناسل الأساسية، كما أن سمات المتفائل تسهم في تكوين الأسرة المستقرة المترابطة. ويظهر أثر حفظه لمقصد المال في أنه يساعد على التخطيط السليم للأعمال، بما يورثه من راحة نفسية وطمأنينة تمكن من التفكير الإبداعي، والإقبال على العمل وإتقانه. وأوصي بمواصلة البحث في الموضوعات المتعلقة بالتفاؤل، مثل: "علاقة التدين بالتفاؤل". و"أثر فقه الموازنات والأولويات بالتفاؤل".

This research aims to highlight the impact of optimism on the preservation of the Islamic essential, necessary and promoting laws. Also, in the preservation of interests types that the Islamic laws intended to preserve: "Religion, Soul, Mind, offspring and money, enhanced by practical examples that enrich laws science with more realistic examples. I have followed the inductive, descriptive and analytical approach, and I reached conclusions, the most prominent is that in our practicing optimism, we are a truly followers for our prophet Mohammed peace be upon him who admired the fortune or good luck. This makes the optimist comfortable and able to perform worship as he asked to do, which is important for preserving the purpose of religion. His effect is obvious in preserving the purpose of soul as the optimist is carefree and satisfied, and therefore has an effect on the survival of his body, and it protects him - God willing - from disease, and he earns an immunity that helps him to fight or to recover from diseases. One of its effects 1s in preserving the purpose of mind, if he is characterized by all the above, he will enjoy good thinking and thus achieve success and excellence, and it will remove all the sensory and moral obstacles of thought that occupy the mind. The optimism effect is also obvious in preservation the purpose of offspring. The chances of marriage are higher for an optimist Muslim than it is for a pessimist one. As the marriage is the primary way of reproduction. Moreover, the attributes of an optimist person contribute to build a stable and interdependent family. Its impact is also clear in the preservation of money purpose, as it leads to good business planning, which makes him comfortable and confident, and then encourages creative thinking and high work motivation. I recommend further research on issues that are related to optimism such as: "The relationship of religiosity to optimism". "The effect of learning forensic science on optimism". and "the effect of balance and priority jurisprudence on optimism".
