المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى توصيف العلاقة القائمة بين الأرغونوميا التربوية والنجاح في الحياة بكليتها أو ما يسمى النجاح التربوي، وهو بهذا الطرح يعتبر من أوائل الدراسات التي ابتعدت عن نمطية الأرغونوميا المدرسية والتصميمية لتفتح آفاقاً حول كيفيات التميز وتفادي الفشل بالاستفادة من العلوم والتخصصات المغذية للهندسة البشرية في المجال التربوي، من خلال تقسيم البحث إلى محورين: تناول المحور الأول مدخل عام للأرغونوميا التربوية، أما المحور الثاني: تناول العلاقة القائمة بين الأرغونوميا التربوية كفلسفة حياة وبين النجاح التربوي، للوصول في الختام لمحاولة اقتراح بعض الأبعاد البحثية التي من شأنها تعميق إدراكنا لمفهوم النجاح والتميز في علاقته بالهندسة البشرية.

Cette recherche a pour objectif de caractériser la relation entre l'ergonomie pédagogique et la réussite dans la vie dans son ensemble. Cette thèse est considérée comme l'une des premières études qui soit éloignée du paradigme stéréotypé de l'école et du design pour ouvrir les horizons de l'excellence et éviter les échecs en tirant profit des sciences et des spécialités de l'ingénierie humaine. Dans le domaine de l’éducation, la recherche a été divisée en deux axes: le premier concernait l’entrée générale à l’ergonomie éducative, le deuxième concernait la relation entre l’ergonomie éducative en tant que philosophie de la vie et la réussite éducative, afin de bien mener la tentative de proposer des dimensions de recherche qui approfondiront notre compréhension du concept de réussite et d’excellence dans ses relations avec l’ingénierie humaine.

This research aims to characterize the relationship between pedagogical ergonomic and success in life as a whole or so-called educational success. This is considered one of the first studies that have moved away from the stereotype of school and design ergonomic to open up horizons about the ways of excellence and avoiding failure by benefiting from the sciences and disciplines that nourish human engineering in the educational field. It is divided into two axes: The first axis dealt with a general introduction to pedagogical ergonomic. The second axis addressed the existing relationship between educational ergonomic as a philosophy of life and educational success. The study seeks to reach a conclusion and to propose some research dimensions that will deepen our awareness of the concept of success and excellence in its relationship to human engineering.
