|a يتطلب لبناء نموذج قياس الجودة العمرانية في المناطق المتدهورة بيانات متعددة سواء مكانية وغير مكانية، وتحاول الدراسة إظهار دور نظم المعلومات الجغرافية بيناء نماذج محاكاة مكانية لتقيم البيئة العمرانية في المناطق المتدهورة في مدينة بنى سويف. بنى الطالب سيناريوهات للتقييم، سيناريو أوزان متساوية لكل المتغيرات، وكل متغير أخذ نسبة 11%. وسيناريو أخر أعتمد على الخلفية العلمية للطالب، حيث أعطى لكل متغير وزن نسبى مختلف عن الاخر، حيث جاءت النتيجة متسقة مع الواقع الجغرافي حيث تعتبر منطقة عزبة التحرير والأزهري وبلبل من أكثر المناطق تدهورا في المدينة.

|b To build a model for measuring the urban quality in degraded areas requires multiple data, both spatial and non-spatial, and the study tries to show the role of geographic information systems by building spatial simulation models to assess the urban environment in degraded areas in the city of Beni Suef. The student built scenarios for evaluation, a scenario of equal weights for all variables, and each variable took an 11% rate. And another scenario relied on the student's scientific background, where he gave each variable a different relative weight from the other, as the result was consistent with the geographical reality, as the area of Izbat Al-Tahrir, Al-Azhari and Bulbul is considered one of the most degraded areas in the city.
