المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى توافر المهارات التدريسية لدى معلمات الرياضيات في المرحلة المتوسطة في مدينة الرياض في ضوء قائمة من مهارات التدريس، فاستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال بطاقة ملاحظة كأداة للبحث طبقت على عينة عشوائية من معلمات الرياضيات بلغ عددهن (33) معلمة من أربعة مكاتب تعليم في مدينة الرياض. وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن: 1- إعداد قائمة بالمهارات التدريسية اللازم توافرها لدى معلمات الرياضيات في المرحلة المتوسطة، وتكونت من (55) مهارة فرعية، و(4) مهارات رئيسية. 2- توافر مهارات التخطيط والإعداد للتدريس لدى معلمات الرياضيات في المرحلة المتوسطة في مدينة الرياض بدرجة (جيد). 3- توافر مهارات تنفيذ الدرس لدى معلمات الرياضيات في المرحلة المتوسطة في مدينة الرياض بدرجة (جيد). 4- توافر مهارات تقويم الدرس لدى معلمات الرياضيات في المرحلة المتوسطة في مدينة الرياض بدرجة (مقبول). كما كان من أبرز توصيات الدراسة: 1- بناء برامج تدريب وفق نتائج تحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية لقياس فجوات الأداء التدريسي لدى معلمات الرياضيات. 2- إكساب المعلمات أنماط وأدوات ووسائل جديدة لتقويم أداء الطالبات تتفق مع أهداف التعلم التي تستهدف تنمية مهارات التفكير الرياضي والإبداعي والناقد. 3- إكساب المعلمات مهارات الترابط الرياضي في ضوء معايير تدريس الرياضيات لما لها من أهمية في زيادة دافعية الطالبات وفعالية تدريس الرياضيات وتنمية التفكير الرياضي.

The goal of current research to identify the availability of the teaching skills for math teachers in middle school in the city of Riyadh in according to list of teaching skills. The research used analytical descriptive approach, through a questionnaire as a research tool applied on a random sample of math teachers reached (33) female teachers from four offices of education in the city of Riyadh. The research findings were: 1- Develop a list of teaching skills necessary availability for the math teachers in middle school, and consisted of (55) sub-skill, under (4) key skills. 2- Availability of teaching planning and preparation skills among the math teachers in middle school in the city of Riyadh by (Good) degree. 3- Availability of the implementation skills among math teachers in middle school in the city of Riyadh by (Good) degree. 4- Availability evaluation skills among math teachers in middle school in the city of Riyadh degree (Pass). 5- The study provide a set of proposals to give math teachers necessary the teaching skills in the middle school in the city of Riyadh belonging to lesson planning and implementation, and evaluation skills. The study recommended the need to measure the training needs related to mathematics teaching competencies on job, and are continually measuring these needs and at regular intervals. Builds training and professional development programs in accordance with the results of the analysis training needs to measure teaching performance gaps among math teachers. The need to give teachers new tools and means atypical patterns to evaluate student performance is consistent with the learning objectives aimed at the development of math and creative and critical thinking skills.
