|f Foreign direct investment (FDI) is a relatively recent economic phenomenon. In recent years, it has witnessed tremendous development and spread, to which a daunting trend of globalization and technological progress has contributed. Today, it has become one of the most important pillars of development in countries in the world, in general, and in developing countries, in particular, where barriers to the progress of multinational companies have fallen one after another and at the behest of international organizations. On the other hand, the deteriorating economic and financial situation did not leave developing countries with many alternative solutions to open their economies to FDI in its various forms and adopt it as a source of financing and development of the domestic economy. \nWe have, therefore, tried to examine the most important indicators affecting foreign direct investment in Algeria in order to create a climate conducive to such investment.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021

|a يعتبر الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر ظاهرة اقتصادية حديثة نسبيًا، وقد شهد في الأعوام الأخيرة تطورًا وانتشارًا هائلًا، ساهمت فيه موجهة عاتية من العولمة والتقدم التكنولوجي الهائل، فأصبح اليوم أحد أهم ركائز التنمية في بلدان العالم عمومًا وفي الدول النامية بشكل خاص، حيث تساقطت الحواجز الواحدة تلوي الأخرى أمام تقدم الشركات متعددة الجنسيات وبإيعاز من المنظمات الدولية، وفي المقابل لم تترك الحالة الاقتصادية والمالية المتدهورة أمام البلدان النامية الكثير من الحلول البديلة لفتح اقتصادياتها للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر بمختلف أشكاله واعتماده كمصدر لتمويل وتنمية الاقتصاد المحلي. \nولذا حاولنا دراسة أهم المؤشرات التي تؤثر على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، وذلك من أجل إيجاد مناخ ملائم لهذا الاستثمار. \n

|d L'investissement étranger direct est relativement nouveau phénomène économique, a vu ces dernières années un développement considérable et généralisée, contribué à la vague de la mondialisation et le progrès technologique énorme, est devenu aujourd'hui l'un des piliers de développement les plus importants dans les pays du monde en général et dans les pays en développement en particulier, où tombaient une barrière après l'autre l'avance des entreprises multinationales et à la demande des organisations internationales. En revanche, la situation économique et financière dégradée n'a pas laissé les pays en développement un grand nombre de solutions de rechange à ouvrir leurs économies à l'investissement direct étranger sous toutes scs formes et son adoption en tant que source de financement et le développement de l'économie locale.\nDonc, je essayé d'étudier les indicateurs les plus importants qui influent sur l'investissement direct étranger en Algérie, afin de créer un climat favorable à l'investissement. Mots clés: l'investissement direct étranger et la mesure économique, la construction d'un modèle mathématique.\n
