المستخلص: Algeria has paid great attention to the health sector, as it is considered one of the most sensitive and important sectors in peoples' lives due to its close and direct relationship to the level of health care for individuals.
By tracking the historical development of the health system in our country, we find that this system has witnessed many changes and developments since independence until now, in order to improve the health situation in the country as a whole and to provide the maximum possible degree of health care for the entire population. Among the most important of these changes are the serious attempts to develop it, and the large reform projects that have affected it, especially the hospital reform project, and this is due to the bad situation that has become characteristic of the sector, the participation and the great difficulties in which it is floundering.

أولت الجزائر اهتمامًا كبيرًا قطاع الصحة، كونه يعد من القطاعات الحساسة والهامة جدًا في حياة الشعوب لعلاقته الوثيقة والمباشرة بمستوى الرعاية الصحية للأفراد.
من خلال تتبع التطور التاريخي للنظام الصحي في بلادنا نجد أن هذا النظام شهد الكثير من التغييرات والتطورات منذ الاستقلال إلى الآن، من أجل تحسين الوضع الصحي في البلاد ككل وتوفير أقصى درجة رعاية صحية ممكنة لجميع السكان، من أهم هذه التغييرات المحاولات الجادة لتطويره، ومشاريع الإصلاح الكبيرة التي مسته، خاصة منها مشروع إصلاح الهياكل الاستشفائية وهذا نظرًا للحالة السيئة التي أصبحت تميز القطاع، والمشاركة والصعوبات الكبيرة التي يتخبط فيها.


L'Algérie a accordé une grande attention au secteur de la sanie, parce qu'il est consédéré l'un des secteurs sensibles et très important dans la vie des peuples, et de sa relation étroite et directe avec le niveau de soins de santé pour les personnes.
On faisant le suivi de l'évolution historique du système de la santé dans notre pays, on trouve que ce système a connu beaucoup de changement et d'évolutions pendant l'indépendance jusqu'à présent, pour améliorer la situation sanitaire dans le pays dans son ensemble et donner des soins maximales et possibles de santé pour tous les citoyens, le plus important de ces changements de tentatives sérieuses pour le développer, et les grands projets que le touchent, En particuliers le projet de l'amélioration des structures hospitalises en vue de l'état misérable qui caractérisé ce secteur et ses grandes problèmes.
