المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل والإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (220) طالبا من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة، واستخدمت مقياس من إعداد الباحث، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات عينة البحث حول التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل وعلاقته بالإنجاز الأكاديمي لدى عينة من طلاب كلية التربية بجامعة المجمعة التي تعزى لمتغير: (العمر، والمستوى الدراسي، والتخصص)، حيث تراوحت قيم تحليل التباين من (0.0007) إلى (0.6755)، وهذه القيم غير دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05)، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين التوجه الإيجابي نحو المستقبل وتقبل التخصص الأكاديمي، والقدرة على النجاح في المستقبل الوظيفي والحياة الاجتماعية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن من أبرز معوقات الإنجاز الأكاديمي تتمثل في: حديث الطلاب عن مدى صعوبة المناهج والتي لها تأثير سلبي على تخوف الطالب وإهماله لها، كما أن ضعف التحصيل الدراسي يحدث بالتأثير الاجتماعي والاقتصادي على الطالب، وفي ضوء ما توصلت إليه الدراسة توصي بضرورة إعداد برامج للطلاب من الجنسين في كافة مراحل التعليم من شأنها الارتقاء بجودة حياتهم، مع ضرورة تضافر جهود مؤسسات الوطن للعمل على تنميه مكونات الإيجابية لدى الطالب السعودي في جميع مراحلة العمرية.

The study aimed to identify the correlation between the positive attitude toward the future and the academic achievement of the students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Majma’a. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive descriptive method. The sample consisted of (220) of the students of the Faculty of Education at the University of majmaah. The study came to the group of results from the most important of which are: the absence of differences of statistical significance between averages of the responses of the sample of research on statistical significance positive orientation toward the future and its relationship to the academic achievement of a sample of students of the Faculty of Education at the University of majmaah attributable variable, old and study, and specialization), ranging from the values of the variance analysis in the previous table (0.0007) to (0.6755), these values are not statistically function at the level of an indication (0.05), and the study found the presence of a connective relation statistically function between the positive trend toward the future and accepts the academic specialization, and the ability to succeed in the future career development and social life, and the study found that one of the most prominent obstacles to academic achievement is the people talk about the extent of the difficulty of the curricula have a negative impact on the student fear and neglect, and also that the weakness of the academic achievement of impact occurs The social and economic advancement of the student. The study recommends that the need to draw the attention of the educational process in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to identify the orientations of the future youth could contribute to the directed toward its own interest and that of their homeland, and the preparation of programs for students of both sexes in all stages of education that would improve the quality of their lives and the need for concerted efforts of the organizations of the home to work to resist the positive components to the Saudi human rights at all levels of age group.
