|a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم الاستثمار الأجنبي غير المباشر وأهميته، والتعرف على أثر كل من (حجم التداول والعائد على الأسهم والقيمة السوقية) و(الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ومعدل التضخم وسعر الفائدة) على الاستثمار الأجنبي في بورصة عمان. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام بيانات الشركات المساهمة المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة (2008- 2018)، وكذلك بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية خلال نفس السنوات، أظهرت الدراسة وجود أثر دال إحصائيا للعوامل الداخلية ممثلة بحجم التداول والعائد على الأسهم والقيمة السوقية على حجم الاستثمار الأجنبي في بورصة عمان، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر دال إحصائيا لكل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي ومعدل التضخم على حجم الاستثمار الأجنبي في بورصة عمان.

|b This study aimed to identify the concept of foreign investment and its importance, and to identify the impact of (trading volume, return on shares and market value) and (GDP, inflation rate and interest rate) on foreign investment in the ASE. The descriptive analytical method was used, using the data of the stock companies listed in the ASE during the period (2008-2018), as well as some economic indicators during the same years, the study showed a statistically significant impact of the factors involved represented by the volume of trading, return on shares and market value on the volume of foreign investment. On the ASE, the results also showed a statistically significant impact on both the GDP and the inflation rate on the volume of foreign investment in the ASE.
