ازداد الاهتمام بالخدمات والبرامج التربوية الخاصة المقدمة للأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلم في غرفة المصادر، وهدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة مدى رضا أولياء الأمور عن الخدمات والبرامج المقدمة لأبنائهم في غرفة المصادر وهل يختلف مستوى الرضا باختلاف مجموعه من العوامل مثل: الحالة الاقتصادية للأسري، مستوي تعليم الوالدين، الحالة الاجتماعية، وأسباب رفض بعض أولياء الأمور لالتحاق أطفالهم ذوي صعوبات التعلم لغرفة المصادر وتوصلت النتائج إلي 1- بعد عدم الأدراك لدور غرفة المصادر" قد احتل المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي(3.24) كسبب من أسباب رفض أولياء الأمور لالتحاق أطفالهم بغرفة المصادر، وكانت أعلي معدلات الرضا عن خدمات غرفة المصادر تمثلت في الخدمات المقدمة من قبل معلم غرفة المصادر بمتوسط حسابي 3.78 ، بينما ظهر في المرتبة الثانية خدمات إعداد الخطة التربوية الفردية ، وارتفع مستوي الرضا عن الخدمات المقدمة بغرفة المصادر مع انخفاض المستوي العلمي. كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة بين مستوي الرضا وبين المستوي الاقتصادي والاجتماعي حيث يتضح من خلال النتائج أنه كلما أرتفع المستوي الاقتصادي والاجتماعي كلما زاد مستوي الرضا على الأداة.
Attention has been paid to the special educational services and programs provided to children with learning disabilities in the Resource Room, The current study aimed to determine the degree of satisfaction of parents with the services and programs provided to their children in the resource room. Does the level of satisfaction vary according to a variety of factors such as: the economic status of the family, the level of parental education, The social situation, and the reasons for the refusal of some parents to enroll their children with learning difficulties to the resource room and the results reached: 1- Dimension of not realizing the role of the resource room "was ranked first with an average of 3.24 as a reason parents refused to enroll their children in the resource room 2- The highest satisfaction rates for the services of the resource room were represented by the services provided by the resource room teacher with an average of 3.78, while the second ranked in the services of preparation of the individual educational plan. 3- high level of satisfaction with services provided knowledge sources with low level of science. 4- The results showed a relationship between the level of satisfaction and the economic and social level, where it is clear through the results that the higher the economic and social level the greater the level of satisfaction with the study tool.
