هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن فاعلية استراتيجية التخيل في تدريس الأحياء في تنمية التفكير التأملي لدى طالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي بمدينة مكة المكرمة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الشبه تجريبي، وتم إعداد مادتي التعلم المكونة من دليل المعلمة وكراس نشاط الطالبة وفق استراتيجية التخيل، كما تم إعداد اختبار التفكير التأملي وذلك في الفصلين الخامس والسادس من مقرر الأحياء في الصف الثاني الثانوي بالفصل الدراسي الأول، وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها، ومن ثم تم تطبيقها قبليا وبعديا على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (70) طالبة موزعين على مجموعتين: مجموعة تجريبية درست وفق استراتيجية التخيل، ومجموعة ضابطة درست بالطريقة المعتادة، وتم استخدام اختبار (T-Test) لتعرف الفروق بين مجموعات الدراسة في القياس البعدي، فضلا عن استخدم مربع إيتا لقياس حجم أثر المتغير التجريبي، وقد خلص البحث إلى: وجود فاعلية لاستراتيجية التخيل في تدريس الأحياء في تنمية التفكير التأملي لدى طالبات الصف الثاني الثانوي بمدينة مكة، وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة اقترحت الباحثة عدة توصيات أهمها تشجيع المعلمات على توظيف استراتيجيتي التخيل في تدريس الأحياء والتوسع في توظيفها في باقي المقررات الدراسية لتنمية التفكير التأملي لدى الطالبات، كما اقترحت الباحثة إجراء مجموعة من الدراسات المرتبطة باستراتيجية التخيل استكمالا لموضوع الدراسة الحالية.
This study aimed to detect the effectiveness of imagination strategy in teaching biology For the development of reflective thinking for second grade female secondary school in the city of Makkah, To achieve the aims of the study The researcher used a quasi-experimental method, and prepared the Learning materials which is teacher's guide and the student's workbook based on the imagination strategy, also prepared a test of reflective thinking on the content of chapters 5 and 6, of the second grade secondary school first semester biology syllabus, the validity and stability of the tools was confirmed, then they were applied in pre and post on the study sample, (N=70) which was divided to two groups: one that learned by using imagination strategy and the control group that learned by using the traditional method. The T-test was used to identify the differences among the study groups in the two post-test, and by using Eta Square to measure the effect size of the experimental variable, the study reached the following result: There were an effectiveness of imagination strategy in teaching biology For the development of reflective thinking for second grade female secondary school in the city of Makkah. Based on the result of the study, the researcher suggested a number of recommendations the most important of them was: Encourage (female) teachers to use the imagination strategy in teaching biology and in other disciplines to develop learner's reflective thinking, the researcher also suggested further studies related to imagination strategies complement the study subject.
