المستخلص: يهتم مشروع (بلاغة الجمهور) بالطرف المفعول به في العملية التواصلية، ولفظ المفعول هنا أعني به الأضعف في تلك العملية وهو الجمهور، وطبقا لمنظور المشروع فسوف يتحول الجمهور فيه إلى فاعل، أي إلى طرف قوي، ولن يتوقف تأثير بلاغة الحوار على المخاطب فحسب، بل سيشاركه التأثير الجمهور مشكلا وعيه بنفسه غير خاضع لسطوة بلاغة التأثير والإقناع. ويستند هذا التحول إلى تصور أبستمولوجي في الإطار التنظيري لهذه البلاغة الجديدة و"بلاغة الجمهور" هدفها الانتقال بالبلاغة من بلاغة التخييل إلى بلاغة الإقناع والحجاج. ويعد الدكتور عماد عبد اللطيف أستاذ البلاغة وتحليل الخطاب بجامعة القاهرة صاحب الفضل في نشر تلك البلاغة عربيا حين صدع بهذه النظرية في أطروحته للدكتوراه تحت عنوان: "البلاغة السياسية عند السادات" دراسة في بلاغة الخطب واستراتيجيات التأثير. لهذا؛ كان البحث في هذا الإطار تحت عنوان: "نظرية بلاغة الجمهور وملامحها عند عماد عبد اللطيف "دراسة وصفية تحليلية. حاولت فيه الكشف عن ملامح هذا المشروع الجديد في مجال تحليل الخطاب. وجاء البحث منتظما في تمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة اشتملت على أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج متلوة بأهم المصادر والمراجع التي اعتمد البحث عليها.
-التمهيد: وفيه تعريف بصاحب النظرية الدكتور عماد عبد اللطيف، ومنجزاته العلمية.
-المبحث الأول: بلاغة الجمهور النظرية والمفهوم.
-المبحث الثاني: بلاغة الجمهور.. نماذج وتطبيقات.
-المبحث الثالث: الفضاءات العمومية وتأثرها في فهم الخطاب والنص الأدبي.الحجاج نموذجا.
- الخاتمة: واشتملت على أهم ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج متلوة بأهم المصادر والمراجع التي اعتمد البحث عليها.


The project (public eloquence) is interested in the objective party in the communicative process, and by the objective word here, I mean the weakest in that process, which is the public. According to the perspective of the project, the public will transform into an actor, i.e., to a strong party. The eloquence of the dialogue will not only depend on the addressee but the influence will be shared by the public, forming its own awareness that is not subject to the influence of eloquence and persuasion. This shift is based on an epistemological perception in the theoretical framework of this new eloquence and “public eloquence,” whose goal is to move eloquently from the eloquence of imagination to eloquence of persuasion and argumentation. Dr. Emad Abdel Latif, Professor of Eloquence and Discourse Analysis at Cairo University, is credited with publishing that eloquence in Arabia when he mentioned theory in his Ph.D. thesis entitled “Political eloquence of Sadat,” a study in the eloquence of speech and impact strategies. Therefore, the research in this framework was under the title: “The theory of public eloquence and its profile by Imad Abdullatif,” an analytical descriptive study. In this research, I tried to reveal the features of this new project in the field of speech analysis. The research included an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion that included the most important findings of the research followed by the most important sources and references on which the research was based.
- Introduction, included the introduction of the theorist Dr. Emad Abdel Latif, and his scientific achievements.
- The first chapter: public eloquence theory and concept.
The second chapter: public eloquence; models and applications.
- The third chapter: public spaces and their influence in understanding the speech and the literary text. Argumentation as a model.
- Conclusion: It included the most important findings of the research, followed by the most important sources and references on which the research was based.
