اخترت هذا الموضوع للطافته، وعدم وجود بحث فيه، ولما يدل عليه من دقة نظر الفقهاء رحمهم الله، وقد قسمته إلى مقدمة ومبحثين: - اشتملت المقدمة على سبب البحث، وأهميته. - وفي المبحث الأول بينت مفهوم الغيرة في اللغة والاصطلاح، ومراعاة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لصفة الغيرة في زوجاته. - وفي المبحث الثاني كان البحث في الأفعال الممنوع منها؛ التي تقع من الزوجة بسبب الغيرة، ودرست في هذا المبحث مسألة قذف الزوجة زوجها بالزنى أو اللواط؛ باعتبارها أول فرع فقهي أقف عليه في كتب الفقهاء، مما التفتوا فيه إلى باعث الغيرة، ثم درست مسألة رجوع الزوجة في نوبتها التي عاوضت عنها بعوض مالي أو غير مالي، ثم مسألة رجوع الزوجة في نوبتها التي وهبتها لضرتها.
I have selected this topic for various reasons, including the lack of researches, subject matter importance, and the theologians’ accuracy. This research paper is divided into an introduction and two sections. * The introduction included the causes and the significance of the research paper. * In the first research section, I have defined the concept of jealousy lexically and functionally. I also took the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) as an example on how treated jealousy of his wives. * In the second research section, the topic was about the prohibited actions which a wife might commit owing to jealousy. Furthermore, I have studied the first doctrinal sub-section in the theologians’ books which is the issue of a wife who accuses her husband with adultery and buggery. Hence, the theologians paid more attention to the cause of jealousy. I have also looked into two more issues. Firstly, a wife might retreat from the agreement of giving her night to her co-wife with a condition of compensating her whether financially or not. Secondly, a wife might retreat from the agreement of giving her night that she has endowed to her co-wife.
