المستخلص: يعد الأمن الركيزة الأساسية التي تستند عليها حياة البشرية جمعاء، باستتبابه يشعر الفرد والمجتمع بالسلامة والاطمئنان فهو مطلب ضروري وحاجة ملحة للأفراد والمجتمعات كافة. ومهمة حفظ الأمن منوطة بصفة عامة بكل فرد من أفراد المجتمع وبوسائل الإعلام كمؤسسة من مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية بصفة خاصة، وهنا يبرز الدور الحيوي للإعلام التربوي في إرساء دعائم الأمن من خلال إسهامه في تحقيق الأمن الفكري في مجتمعاتنا العربية والإسلامية بتحصين الفرد وإعداده فكريا وحمايته علميا انطلاقا من معطيات ديننا ومقتضياته. وتسعى هذه الدراسة للتعريف بمصطلح الأمن الفكري وتعرف بأهميته في تحسين جودة حياة الأفراد، وذلك من خلال تحقيق الحماية التامة لفكر الإنسان من الانحراف ومن جميع الأفكار والمعتقدات الخاطئة والثقافات السلبية الوافدة والهدامة، التي من شأنها الإضرار بالمجتمع. وتعتبر المجتمعات العربية من بين أكثر المجتمعات حاجة إلى الأمن الفكري لما تعيشه من اضطرابات وعدم استقرار ناتج عن انحرافات فكرية ولحماية مقومات مجتمعاتها. وعليه حرصت الدراسة على توضيح مساهمة الإعلام التربوي في تحسين جودة الحياة من خلال تحقيق الأمن الفكري باعتباره إعلام يربي ويبني مجتمعات سليمة خالية من الشوائب، والمنبر الذي يواجه ويرشد وينصح، وهو إعلام تحكمه عقول واعية ناضجة على دراية تامة بما يدور حولها من هيمنة غربية على عالمنا العربي والإسلامي.

Security is the basic foundation on which the life of humanity, based feels individual and community safety and reassurance it is a requirement and an urgent need for individuals and communities of all. And keeping the security is vested in general every member of society the means of the media as an institution of socialization in particular, here are the highlights vital role of media education in laying the foundations for security through its contribution in achieving the intellectual security in the communities of our Arab and Islamic improving individual and prepare intellectually and protection of scientifically judging from the data of our religion and the requirements of his. This study seeks to relieve the term of intellectual security and its importance in improving the quality of life of individuals, through the achievement of full protection for the idea of human regression and all ideas, false beliefs, and cultures negative arrivals and disruptive, which would harm the community. Considers the Arab societies are among the most groups need intellectual security didn't live it of the disorders and the instability caused by the deviations of thought and to protect elements of their societies. Therefore, a keen study to clarify the contribution of educational media in improving quality of life through the achievement of intellectual security as the media connects the web community of sound and bug-free, and that face wants are advised, a notification is governed by conscious minds mature fully aware of what is going on around them from the dominance of the west on the Arab world and Muslim world.
