المستخلص: قام الباحث بعمل دراسة بعنوان "الإدارة الإلكترونية ودورها في تحسين الأداء الإداري بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين جامعة حلوان (من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس)" ،هدفت إلي التعرف على دور الإدارة الإلكترونية وتأثيره علي تحسين الأداء الإداري بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين جامعة حلوان وذلك من وجهة نظر اعضاء هيئة التدريس من خلال التعرف علي معرفة المعوقات (البشرية، الادارية، المالية، التقنية) التي تواجه تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين جامعة حلوان، مدي مساهمة الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطوير الأداء الإداري بكلية التريبة الرياضية للبنين جامعة حلوان ، وضع آليات للتغلب على معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين جامعة حلوان، حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، واستخدم العينة بالطريقة العمدية العشوائية من بين أعضاء مجتمع البحث حيث بلغ عدد العينة الأساسية (٢٠٠) مفحوص، كما استخدم الباحث استمارة الاستبيان كأحد أدوات جمع البيانات، وكان من أهم النتائج معرفة المعوقات (المالية، الادارية، البشرية، التقينة) للإدارة الإلكترونية بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين جامعة حلوان ووضع آليات تمكن الكلية من تطبيق الادارة الالكترونية بها والتوصل إلي بعض المساهمات التي تستفيد منها الكلية عند التطبيق، ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة توفير التخطيط السليم للتحول من نظم الإدارة التقليدية إلي الإلكترونية، ضرورة القضاء الإجراءات الروتينية أمام تطبيق آليات ونظم الإدارة الإلكترونية، تعيين كوادر مؤهلة للتعامل مع آليات الادارة الالكترونية بالكلية، تحديث البنية التحتية التكنولوجية لتطبيق آليات الإدارة الإلكترونية.

The researcher conducted a study entitled "Electronic Management and its Role in Improving Administrative Performance at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Helwan University (from the faculty members' point of view)." It aimed to identify the role of electronic management and its effect on improving administrative performance at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Helwan University, from the point of view of faculty members by identifying the (human, administrative, financial, and technical) obstacles facing the application of electronic management in the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Helwan University, the extent of the electronic administration's contribution to the development of administrative performance at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Helwan University, and the development of mechanisms to overcome obstacles to the application of electronic management in the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Helwan University. The researcher used the descriptive approach for its suitability to the nature of the study and used the sample intentionally and randomly among the members of the research community, where the number of the primary sample reached (200) subjects. The researcher also used the questionnaire form as one of the data collection tools. The key results were: knowing about the (financial, administrative, human, and technical) obstacles to electronic management at the Faculty of Physical Education for Boys, Helwan University, and to develop mechanisms that enable the faculty to implement electronic management in it and reach some contributions that the faculty benefits from upon implementation. Some of the most important recommendations are the need to provide proper planning for the transition from traditional management systems to electronic, the need to eliminate the routine procedures in front of the application of electronic management mechanisms and systems, appointing qualified cadres to deal with the mechanisms of electronic administration in the faculty, updating the technological infrastructure to implement electronic management mechanisms.
