يشهد المجتمع المصري في العصر الحالي تقدماً هائلاً في جميع المجالات عامة وفي مجال الإدارة وتأتي الجودة لتشمل أحد العناصر الأساسية لتحقيق هذه الميزة التنافسية ذات البعد الإستراتيجي اللازم لنجاح المنظمات وأن الاهتمام بضبط الجودة في المؤسسات التعليمية تنبع من النظر إلي التعليم باعتباره سلعة كغيره من السلع لابد له أن تتنافس وأن تسعي إلي إرضاء مستهلكي تلك السلعة من الطلاب وتعتبر الجامعات هي المرآة الحصرية التي تعكس مدي تقدم الأمم علمياً وثقافياً وحضارياً ومن خلال خبرة الباحثان في مجال المناهج وطرق التدريس وبمراجع الخطة الإستراتيجية لضمان جودة الكلية ومن بينها رؤية قسم المناهج وهي تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ومن خلال قيام الباحثين بتدريس مقرر مدخل وتاريخ التربية الرياضية لطلاب الكلية بالفرقة الأولي مراجعة آليات التطوير وتحديث المقررات الدراسية التي تعتمد علي جودة المقررات الدراسية وفقاً لمعايير الجودة التعليمية تبلورت هدف الدراسة إلي تحليل والتعرف علي معايير الجودة والاعتماد لمقرر مدخل وتاريخ التربية الرياضية وذلك من خلال التعرف علي رئوية أعضاء هيئة تدريس قسم مناهج وطرق تدريس وطلاب الفرقة الأولي بالكلية من خلال معرفة أهم معايير الدعم المؤسسي وأهم المعايير المرتبطة بالقائمين علي تدريس المقرر والتعرف علي المعايير المرتبطة بأهداف ومحتوي المقرر واعتمد الباحثان علي المنهج الوصفي لملائمتة لطبيعة البحث وقام الباحثان اختبار عينة البحث من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بقسم مناهج وطرق التدريس وعددهم (51 عضو هيئة تدريس) وعينة من طلاب الفرقة الأولي بكلية التربية الرياضية للبنين بالقاهرة وعددهم (384 طالب) وتم ذلك خلال العام الجامعي 2009- 2010 وأعتمد الباحثان علي استبيانات أحدهم لأعضاء هيئة التدريس والأخر استبيان خاص بالطلاب واستخدام الباحثان الأسلوب الإحصائي الذي يعتمد علي (الوزن الترجيحي – الأهمية النسبية – كا2) وكان من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثان بالنسبة لمعايير الجودة الشاملة لمقرر مدخل وتاريخ التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس أن تهتم أدارة الكلية بتنفيذ مبادئ الجودة داخل المقررات وأن تهتم بتوفير القاعات الدراسية اللازمة للتدريس إلي جانب أن يتناسب إعداد القائمين علي التدريس مع إعداد الطلاب وأن يهتم المحاضرين بمواعيد المحاضرات والربط بين المادة العلمية والتطبيق العملي وأن يرتبط المقرر بالأهداف الموضوعة من أجلها وأن يعتمد المقرر علي حداثة المعلومات أما أهم النتائج بالنسبة للجودة من وجهة نظرا للطلاب أن توفر الكلية وسائل تكنولوجيا التعليم للمساعدة علي التدريس داخل القاعات الدراسية وزن تغطي الامتحانات أجزاء المقرر بشكل عادل وأن يتبع المحاضرين أساليب متنوعة في الشرح وتفصيل المعلومات وأن يتعامل عضو هيئة التدريس بعدالة وبدون تحيز بين الطلاب ومن أهم التوصيات ضرورة أن يهتم أدارة كلية التربية الرياضية للبنين بالقاهرة بتطوير المكتبة وتزويدها بالدوريات العلمية وأن تهتم بالقاعات الدراسية وزن تعمل علي شرح طرق التقييم بالنسبة للطلاب وضرورة الاهتمام بالامتحانات وصياغتها بشكل علمي يحقق جودة مقرر المدخل التربية الرياضية.
In the current era, the Egyptian society going through great progress in many general fields and in the management field, quality for instance is one of the basic elements to achieve such a competitive advantage of strategic dimension that is necessary for the success of organization. Taking care of quality control in the Educational Institutions emerging from considering education as a product like other products that needs to be in competition and seeking satisfaction of the consumers "students". Universities are considered as the exclusive mirror which reflects the progress of nations scientifically, culturally, and on the civilized aspect too. Through the experiences of the two researchers in the field of teaching methods and also through the revision of the strategic plan to ensure the collage quality including the vision of teaching methods department which is to achieve the competitive advantage and through the researchers teaching the introduction and history of physical education for the first grade students and revising the mechanisms of development and upgrading the courses that depends on the quality of the courses in accordance with the standards of educational quality, the study objective forms into analyzing and identifying the standard quality and adopting the introduction and history of Physical Education by identifying the vision of the members of the teaching methods department and first grade students through knowing the most important standards of institutional support and the most important standards that is connected to those who are responsible for teaching the courses and identifying the standards associated with the goals and content of the course. The two researchers depend on the descriptive approach in their study as it is suitable for the nature of the research, they also choose the research sample form the members of the teaching methods department (51 members) and a sample of the first grade student of the faculty of physical education for Boys- Cairo (384 students) and this was done during the academic year 2009-2010, the two researchers depend on the questionnaire of one of them to the members of teaching methods and the other questionnaire is for students. The two researchers use the statistical approach which depends on (weighting- the relative importance- K2) and the most important results of the researchers concerning the comprehensive quality standards of the introduction and history of the physical education from the members of teaching methods point of view , is that the college administration should provide classrooms for teaching beside the preparation of the responsible for teaching should be appropriate for students preparation and the lecturer should pay attention to the lecture schedule and connecting the scientific material with practical application and the course should be associated with the setting goals and the course should depends on the upgraded information As for the most important results of the quality from the students' point of view, is that the collage should provide technical methods of teaching to help in teaching inside teaching classrooms and the exams should cover parts of the course fairly and the lecturers should follow various methods in explaining and detailing the information and member of teaching methods should deal fairly without bias between the students.. As for recommendations, is the importance of taking care of developing the library by the administration of the faculty of Physical Education also to provide it with scientific patrols and to take care of the classrooms and to work on explaining methods of evaluation for students and the necessity of focusing on the exams and to form it scientifically that is all achieve the quality of the introduction and history of the Physical Education. \
