520 |a يعد التعاقد مرحلة مهمة من مراحل الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الفرد والتي تتطلب مهارة في إنجازها وتنفيذها، فقد يكون العميل سلبيا واتكاليا في حل مشكلته، ولديه ميل لجعل الأخصائي الاجتماعي يقوم بحل المشكلة نيابة عنه، فالتعاقد فيه شروط واضحة تحدد دور كل من الأخصائي الاجتماعي والعميل في العمل على حل المشكلة، مما يخفف من سلبية العميل، ويجعله مشاركا بدرجة أكبر في حل مشكلته، ويحدد التعاقد الأهداف المرجوة من التدخل المهني، ويرشد التعاقد العلاجي الأخصائي الاجتماعي والعميل أثناء عملية العلاج، ويوفر أساسا لحل الخلافات التي قد تنشأ أثناء عملية العلاج أو تقديم الخدمة، وهذا الاتفاق يجب أن يتضمن الحدود التي تفرضها سياسة المؤسسة في اطار رضا كل من الأخصائي الاجتماعي والعميل والتزامات وواجبات كلا منهما، وقد يحدث خلال عملية التفاعل المهني بين العميل والأخصائي الاجتماعي عملية ارتباط من قبل العميل للأخصائي الاجتماعي، وهذا الارتباط العاطفي قد يجعل عملية إنهاء التدخل المهني مؤلمة للعميل، ولها آثار سلبية، وتزداد هذه الآثار والآلام كلما كانت مدة العلاقة المهنية طويلة. ويتحدد شكل العقد العلاجي طبقا لنوعية العميل وطبيعة المشكلة والأهداف التي يسعى العقد إلى تحقيقها، وفى إطار سعى الأخصائي الاجتماعي لتحقيق أهداف التعاقد العلاجي فعليه أن يراجع مع العميل مناطق القوة المتوفرة لدية والتي يمكن استثمارها في حل المشكلة، ويرتب معه المشكلات التي يعاني منها على حسب أولوياتها في العمل، واتساقا مع الطرح السابق الذى يؤكد الأهمية التي يمثلها التعاقد العلاجي في الممارسة المهنية لخدمة الفرد؛ إلا أن الواقع يؤكد وجود ندرة في الكتابات والدراسات الأجنبية والعربية التي تناولت موضوع التعاقد العلاجي؛ لذا فقد تحددت القضية الرئيسية للبحث في الوقوف على واقع تطبيق الأخصائي الاجتماعي لمهارة التعاقد العلاجي مع الحالات الفردية في مجالات الممارسة المهنية. يُعد هذا البحث من نمط البحوث الوصفية، اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم تطبيق البحث على الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بالمجال المدرسي، والطبي، والأسرى بمدينة الفيوم، واعتمدت الباحثة في البحث الميداني على مقياس مهارة التعاقد العلاجي مع الحالات الفردية، وقد وتوصل البحث إلى الإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة والتي تمثلت في نقص معارف الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين المرتبطة بالتعاقد العلاجي مع الحالات الفردية، وكذلك قدراتهم على تطبيقه، واقتراح مجموعة من الآليات لتطوير مهارة الأخصائي الاجتماعي في التعاقد العلاجي مع الحالات الفردية. 
520 |b Contracting is an important stage of the professional practice of the case work method that requires skill in its completion and implementation, the customer may be passive and dependent in solving his problem, and he has a tendency suitable for the social worker to solve the problem on his behalf, the contract has clear conditions that define the role of both the social worker and the customer in Working to solve the problem, which reduces the negativity of the client, and makes him more involved in solving his problem, and the contract specifies the desired goals of professional intervention, and guides the social and specialist therapeutic contracting during the treatment process, It provides a basis for resolving disputes that may arise during the treatment or service provision process, and this agreement must include the limits imposed by the policy of the institution within the framework of the satisfaction of both the social worker and the client and the obligations and duties of each of them, and may occur during the process of professional interaction between the client and the social worker Before the client to the social worker, this emotional attachment may make the process of ending the professional intervention painful for the client, and it has negative effects, and these effects and pain increase with the long duration of the professional relationship. The form of the treatment contract is determined according to the type of client, the nature of the problem and the goals that the contract seeks to achieve, the more the customer matures or the more complicated the problem or the multiple set goals, the more important the contract increases its composition, and within the framework of the social worker’s endeavor to achieve the goals of the therapeutic contract he must review with the customer the areas of available strength He has an investment that can be invested in solving the problem, and he arranges the problems that he suffers from, according to her work priorities, consistent with the previous proposition that confirms the importance represented by the therapeutic contract in the professional practice of the case work method; however, the reality confirms the presence of a dearth in foreign and Arab writings and studies that dealt with the topic of the medical contract; with individual cases in the areas of professional practice. This research is considered from the pattern of descriptive research, depending on the descriptive approach, and the research was applied to social workers in the school, medical, and prisoners' field in Fayoum City, and the researcher in the field research relied on the scale of the therapeutic contracting skill with individual cases, and the research reached the answer to questions The study, which was represented in the lack of knowledge of social workers related to the therapeutic contract with individual cases, as well as their ability to apply it, and proposing a set of mechanisms to develop the skill of the social worker in therapeutic contracting with individual cases.
