|b The title of the study: - Industrial technical education and the needs of the labor market in the Egyptian society A case study on 6th of October city. The aim of the study: - To identify the extent of the contribution of industrial technical education to meet the needs of the labor market in the industrial cities in the Egyptian society, especially in 6th of October city. Methodological procedures for the study: - This study is considered descriptive studies. - The researcher used a questionnaire. - The researcher chose a sample from the factories in 6th of October City. General results of the study: - - The study concluded that the industrial secondary schools in 6th of October are graduating graduates in specializations not required by the labor market, due to the lack of coordination between industrial high schools and factories in 6th of October City to determine the quantitative and qualitative requirements of the workforce needed by the labor market. - The study also highlighted the most important obstacles that prevent industrial education from meeting the needs of the labor market in 6th of October City.

|a هدف الدراسة: -التعرف على مدى إسهام التعليم الفني الصناعي في تلبية احتياجات سوق العمل في المدن الصناعية في المجتمع المصري وخاصة في مدينة السادس من أكتوبر. الإجراءات المنهجية للدراسة: - تعد تلك الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية. - استخدمت الباحثة استمارة استبيان. - اختارت الباحثة عينة من مصانع مدينة السادس من أكتوبر. النتائج العامة للدراسة: توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المدارس الثانوية الصناعية بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر تقوم بتخريج خريجين في تخصصات لا يحتاجها سوق العمل وذلك بسب عدم التنسيق بين المدارس الثانوية الصناعية والمصانع في مدينة السادس من أكتوبر لتحديد الاحتياجات الكمية والكيفية اللازمة من القوى العاملة التي يحتاجها سوق العمل. كما أبرزت الدراسة أهم المعوقات التي تحول دون تلبية التعليم الصناعي لاحتياجات سوق العمل في مدينة السادس من أكتوبر.
