المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الذكاء الاجتماعي في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بهيئة قناة السويس، من خلال تسليط الضوء على (فهم الأخرين، التواصل الاجتماعي، التعامل مع الأخرين، الاستجابة للأخرين) وعلاقاتها بالإبداع الإداري، وتم تسليط الضوء على مدي توافر عناصر الذكاء الاجتماعي للقيادات الإدارية بهيئة قناة السويس، ومدي توافر قدرات الإبداع بالعاملين بالهيئة. وقد قامت الباحثة بصياغة فرض رئيسي وينبثق منه أربع فروض فرعية وتساؤل رئيسي يغطي جوانب البحث. وقد تم تصميم أداة قياس هي (الاستبيان) وتم تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية طبقية من العاملين بالهيئة بلغت عددها (303) مفردة تم توزيعهم وتم استرداد (269) استبانة بنسبة (88.5%)، وتم استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرض الدراسة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: 1- يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الذكاء الاجتماعي (التعامل مع الأخرين، التواصل الاجتماعي، فهم الأخرين، الاستجابة للأخرين) على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بهيئة قناة السويس. 2- يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتعامل مع الأخرين والإبداع الإداري بهيئة قناة السويس. 3- يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للتواصل الاجتماعي على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بهيئة قناة السويس. 4- يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للاستجابة للأخرين على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بهيئة قناة السويس. 5- يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لفهم الأخرين على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بهيئة قناة السويس. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: 1- ضرورة الاهتمام بالدور إلهام للذكاء الاجتماعي في تحقيق الإبداع الإداري بهيئة قناة السويس لما له من أثر إيجابي على تحقيق الابداع الإداري. 2- العمل على الاهتمام من قبل الهيئة على تطوير القدرة لدي المديرين والعاملين على إقامة علاقات طيبة مع زملائهم في العمل. 3- العمل على الاهتمام من قبل الهيئة على تطوير القدرة لدى المديرين والعاملين على إقامة علاقات طيبة مع زملائهم في العمل. 4- ضرورة عقدة فعاليات متخصصة للاهتمام بالأشخاص المبدعين للعمل على تنمية قدرتهم وتطوير أدائهم ومكافئتهم على الإبداع والابتكار.

The aim of the research is to identify the role of social intelligence in achieving the administrative creativity in the Suez Canal Authority by highlighting (understanding others, social communication, dealing with others, responding to others) and their relation to administrative creativity. Suez Canal Authority, and the availability of creativity capabilities of the staff of the Authority. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample of 303 individuals. The questionnaire was (269) retrieved (88.5%). was used to test the imposition of the study The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS). The study concluded with a number of results: 1- There is a statistically significant effect of intelligence on the dimensions of social intelligence (dealing with others, social communication, understanding others, responding to others) to achieve administrative creativity in Suez Canal Authority 2- There is a significant statistical impact to deal with others and administrative creativity Suez Canal Authority 3- There is a significant impact of social communication on the achievement of administrative innovation Suez Canal Authority 4- There is a significant statistical impact to respond to others to achieve administrative innovation Suez Canal Authority 5- There is a significant statistical impact to understand others to achieve administrative innovation Suez Canal Authority The most important recommendations of the study: 1- The need to pay attention to the important role of social intelligence in achieving administrative innovation in the Suez Canal Authority because of its positive impact on the achievement of administrative innovation 2- Working on the interest of the Authority to develop the ability of managers and employees to establish good relations with their colleagues at work. 3- To work on the interest of the Authority to develop the ability of managers and employees to establish good relations with their colleagues in the work 4- The need to combine specialized events to interest the creative people to work on developing their capacity and develop their performance and reward for creativity and innovation.
